ABOUT THE TEAM Critical Harm Operations sits within User Safety & Risk Operations and builds enforcement systems for Frontier Risk and Material Harm that are accurate, fast, defensible, and built to scale. The Cyber vertical turns policy into reviewer standards, calibrated judgment, quality systems, escalation paths, and automation guardrails. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a senior cybersecurity practitioner and operations strategist to raise the quality, scalability, and technical rigor of our Cyber Operations. You will combine hands-on cyber judgment with systems-level operating design: resolve the hardest dual-use questions, evolve SOPs, uplift reviewers and vendors, and build practical tools and automations. This is a senior IC role. Success is not primarily cases closed; it is durable improvement in the operating model and the reviewers who run it. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Drive the Cyber Operations operating model across domain priorities, SOPs, escalation paths, quality health, vendor capability, roadmap inputs and help inform trusted access strategies. Serve as the senior cyber expert for complex or high-risk decisions across ChatGPT, API, Codex, agents, and emerging product surfaces. Translate policy ambiguity, quality misses, appeals, and reviewer disagreement into clear decision rules, calibration examples, training, and tooling requirements. Build durable operating systems and quality loops: golden sets, holdouts, double-labeling, adjudication, error taxonomies, reviewer calibration, and automation evaluations. Raise FTE and BPO capability through onboarding, certification, coaching, recurring calibration, and vendor-performance partnership. Use quality, appeals, SLA, backlog, and disagreement signals to diagnose root causes and prioritize high-leverage fixes. Build hands-on solutions—SQL analyses, scripts, dashboards, LLM eval workflows, evidence enrichment, routing logic, and lightweight automations—that improve decision quality and reduce manua

Supabase
📍 Global• Full-time
2mo ago

About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We are hiring a AI Platform Engineer to build the execution layer for Supabase's internal AI systems. Supabase is building an AI-native internal operating system: a common way of working across the company where AI carries a meaningful share of the operational load rather than sitting alongside it as an assistant. We are standing up a new central team to build those systems, enable the teams, and embed AI operations throughout the organization. You are the engineer on that team. The execution layer is yours. You will build the platform that actually runs agents: an event-triggered queue, a headless model-agnostic runtime, durable state so work survives a restart, a human review gate, atomic rollback, and full logging of every prompt, tool call and decision so any run can be reconstructed. You will build the evaluation layer that makes any of it trustworthy, because an agent that cannot be measured cannot be trusted with anything beyond reading. And you will build the agents themselves, across everything from executive reporting down to a layer of agents that watch the platform and improve it. This is a governance-heavy environment by design, and that is the interesting part of the problem. Agents are risk-tiered from read-only internal data through to external-facing output, with review depth, evaluation requirements and human approval scaling by tier. Some capabilities are permanently off limits: an agent may read and report, it may carry a human-authored update into a system of record once a human consents, and it may initiate contact within a strict budget, but it may never autonomously write a commitment (an owner, a due date, a status) into a shared work system. You’ll own this work end to end, from the first framing conversation with senior leaders through to delivering a program running at scale. AI is changing how Engineering builds software, and it is changing how People builds the programs that support Engineering too. This role sits at the centre of both: understanding how AI is reshaping engineering roles, skills and structures, and building AI-powered solutions within People to keep pace. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. Sigma Computing

The Field CTO is the most senior technical voice in the field. Here's the version we're hiring for. The Field CTO sits a level above the Solution Architect. Where the SA leads the technical strategy on complex deals, the Field CTO owns the technical narrative across the territory, shapes how the market understands Sigma's architecture, and carries the credibility to win the room when the CTO, CDO, and CISO are all in it. This person does everything a senior SA does, then operates a tier higher: as a peer to enterprise executives, a force multiplier across the entire Solution Engineering team, and a direct line back into Product and Engineering. Three things sit at the center of this role. The Field CTO does all three at the highest level, with the architectural depth and executive presence to back it up. 1. Use AI every day, and set the standard for how the team uses it. The Field CTO treats AI tooling as default infrastructure and raises the bar for everyone else. You run Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalents to compress account prep, architecture design, prototype builds, RFP responses, and discovery synthesis from weeks into days. You bring a clear point of view on what to run, why, and where it breaks. You don't just use these tools well. You teach the SE and SA teams how to use them better, and you build the workflows the rest of the field adopts. 2. Sell AI into the account at the executive level. Buyers want to talk about agents, MCP, A2A, context engineering, and which model powers what. You're fluent, and you can take that conversation to the most senior technical buyer in the building. You know Sigma's AI surface cold: Sigma Assistant in build, analyze, and plan modes, AI functions, input tables with LLM enrichment, MCP integration, Sigma agents, and warehouse agents. You architect these into a customer's stack, defend the tradeoffs to a head of data and a CISO in the same call, and frame the long-term AI strategy for a CTO who's deciding w
