Our Values If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in. Department Engineering > Platform Who You Are You believe the secure path should be the easy path. You've spent your career where security and engineering meet, and you've learned that scanners nobody reads and gates nobody can pass don't make software safer, they make engineers route around you. So you build guardrails instead: pipelines that catch vulnerabilities before a human ever has to, golden paths with security baked in, and automation that turns "did we patch that?" from a meeting into a dashboard. You're comfortable in a CI/CD pipeline, an AWS account, and a Kubernetes cluster. You can read application code well enough to tell a real injection risk from scanner noise, and you'd rather fix the template that generated the bug than file 40 tickets about it. This is a foundational role. You'll be one of the first dedicated DevSecOps engineers on a platform organization supporting 300+ engineers, working alongside our Developer Experience and SRE teams and partnering closely with the Security organization. You'll shape how secure software gets built here, not just review it after the fact – including how we use AI to find and fix vul
As a SOC Engineer / Detection Engineer, you will be responsible for detecting, investigating, and responding to security incidents across our environment, while continuously improving how we detect and handle threats. You will work hands-on with our SIEM and incident response processes, and act as a key point of contact between the SOC and other engineering/security teams. Depending on your profile, some of your responsibilities can include: - Incident Response: Lead and support the end-to-end response to security incidents, from detection through containment, eradication, and recovery. - Security Investigation: Conduct in-depth investigations into suspicious activity and alerts, correlating data across logs, endpoints, network, and cloud sources to determine root cause and impact. - Post-Mortems & RCAs: Drive post-incident reviews and root cause analyses (RCAs), documenting timelines, findings, and actionable follow-ups. - SIEM Engineering: Implement, tune, and maintain SIEM use cases, detection rules, correlation logic, and alerting to reduce false positives and close detection gaps. - SIEM Support: Provide ongoing support for the SIEM platform, including onboarding new log sources, troubleshooting data ingestion, and maintaining dashboards/reports. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, IT, and other Security teams to remediate findings, validate fixes, and share threat context. - Process Improvement: Identify gaps in detection, response, and documentation, and drive improvements to playbooks, runbooks, and SOC workflows. **Must have:** - Incident Response: Hands-on experience handling security incidents, including triage, containment, and coordination across teams. - Investigation Skills: Strong analytical ability to investigate alerts and logs (SIEM, EDR, network, cloud) and determine root cause.

Our customers are IT and security admins, AI developers, and system architects who need to safely deploy and govern how AI agents interact with corporate data, tools, and production environments. As a designer on this team, you'll own key workflows end-to-end, from early-stage concepting of novel interaction models (there's no established pattern library for "agentic permissioning" yet) to hardening flows for scale as the product matures. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers, and work closely with our Principal and Staff designers, to turn ambiguous, highly technical agentic problems such as delegation, policy, audit, and trust boundaries between humans and agents into experiences that feel simple and safe. You'll be expected to bring sound design judgment to problems that don't have precedent to borrow from, and to actively experiment with how AI can be woven into your own design process, from exploration to prototyping. What you will do Own key workflows end-to-end, from early-stage concepting of novel interaction models, where few established patterns exist yet, through hardening and polishing flows as the product matures and scales to millions of customers.
