About the Role We're looking for a Software Engineer to build the systems that treat infrastructure as software. This role owns the software state machines that provision hardware, bring it into service, and manage its full lifecycle — turning racks of GPUs into running inference clusters without a human touching a runbook. The Research and Inference team is your customer: today they file tickets and wait; the target state is that they issue a single API call to stand up, scale, or tear down a cluster, and the system takes care of the rest. The platform is manifest-driven such that teams declare the desired state of a cluster or host — shape, topology, software stack — and the system is responsible for reconciling reality to that manifest, continuously, through every stage of its lifecycle. You will design the engines that manifest the schema, the engines that execute against it, and the workflows that carry a piece of hardware or a cluster from one state to the next—taking it from bare metal to a fully functioning AI cluster for training or inference. You'll write production code which is typed, tested, versioned, and deployed through CI/CD that models infrastructure state and reconciles it, the same way a Kubernetes controller reconciles a cluster's desired state. Success looks like eliminating manual provisioning work, not documenting it better. A product mindset - you've built internal platforms or APIs consumed by other engineering teams and care about the developer experience of what you ship. You build it, you own it. You are not only responsible for delivering the software but also for operating and supporting it in production. Responsibilities Build the provisioning state machine: design and implement the software that models the full lifecycle of a physical host from discovery, inference bring-up to GPU driver/CUDA stack, health validation, and decommission/RMA — as explicit, versioned states and transitions. Build the self-service API: design declarative

A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. What We're About At its core, the Deployment Strategist role centres around leveraging data in operational and real-world action. Our customers come to us with a hunch that the only way to protect their troops, manufacture high-quality products, structure effective healthcare policies, or deliver aid to refugees safely is to make better use of their data. Deployment Strategists are responsible for turning that hunch into reality. If you believe in the transformational power of data and technology and in your own ability to bring that power to bear against complex problems, we want to meet you. What We Do As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Engineers, Product Designers, and other Deployment Strategists to deploy software against the most challenging problems our world faces. Your mission is to synthesise disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. Deployment Strategists are do-ers who immerse themselves in our customers' most intricate workflows, partner with customer teams and explore the data, and dive into the product landscape to enable us to scale. A select number of Deployments Strategists may also be deployed to Palantir internal teams and problems. In this role, the problems you'll tackle will require a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user empathy to ultimately empower our customers to make better decisions.

At bunq, we’re on a mission to truly make life easy for our user. Part of that is keeping her safe: stopping criminals while making sure clean users are never held up, flagged, or offboarded for nothing. To lead this, we’re looking for a Transaction Review Lead to join our team. As Transaction Review Lead, you’ll own bunq’s line against money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions evasion, across both Transaction Filtering Review and Transaction Monitoring Review. You’ll bring them together into one team, with 5 direct reports. Take Ownership: Simplifying from user’s Perspective: Redesign every Transaction Review process starting from what’s best for the user, as part of our zero-based Future of FinCrime redesign. AI Where It Counts: Establish the real volumes first, then use AI and in-house models only where they make things faster or better for Eva, not automation for its own sake. Risk Ownership: Own the quarterly risk assessment across both domains and close CAP items before they turn into compliance breaches. One Team, One Rhythm: Unite TFR and TMR behind the same KPIs (CSAT, UE, Total Handle Time, Compliance breaches) with a clear weekly cadence, owners, and fast escalation of blockers. Decisions That Hold Up: Make sure the rationale behind every investigation decision is documented to a standard that would survive a regulator’s review. Coaching & Accountability: Give your team direct, constructive feedback and hold everyone accountable for delivering. You lead independently across multiple compliance domains, making quality, redesign, and escalation calls without waiting for supervision. You have strong regulatory and compliance judgment at scale in TF/sanctions and transaction monitoring, where a wrong call has real regulatory consequences. You spot risks early and close them before they become problems, and you can show us when you did. You have an AI-native, process-simplification mindset: you rethink the process from Eva’s side first and go AI-led

At bunq, we're on a mission to Make Life Easy for our users by creating the most user-centric banking experience out there. To deliver on that promise, our services must be reliable 100% of the time. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Technology Risk Officer who takes ownership of making sure our ICT infrastructure can withstand and recover from disruption. As second line of defense, you'll test whether our controls actually work, not just whether they exist on paper, so weaknesses are found before they become incidents, protecting user's trust and letting bunq scale without operational risk growing alongside it. Take Ownership 🚀 As a Technology Risk Officer, you'll show bunq's excellence both inside and out by keeping our critical systems resilient and our controls effective. Here's how you'll do it: Continuously test and challenge bunq's ICT infrastructure to surface weaknesses before they affect our users, going beyond "are we compliant" to verify controls actually work, and use AI to automate testing, monitoring, and evidence collection at scale. When something goes wrong, dig into what really happened in the engineering process, interpret results to separate meaningful risk from noise, and prioritize remediation accordingly. Lead business continuity and disaster recovery testing, designing realistic drills for technology, business processes, and critical suppliers. Coordinate across technical and business teams, challenging control owners and driving weaknesses through to resolution, this role is yours to own end to end. You have deep knowledge of operational and ICT resilience, and you think like an engineer, you want to understand what actually happened in a system, not just whether a checkbox was ticked. You have proven skills in automated control testing and monitoring, and can design continuous tests and alerts that catch control failures e

If you enjoy working on novel use cases across a variety of industries on highly visible engagements, this is the right home for you! The role As a Fungible Solutions Architect, you lead the technical strategy on time-boxed, targeted engagements - typically one to five months - aimed at accelerating a specific set of critical customer workloads from evaluation to a production-grade technical win. You own the architecture conversation, drive platform adoption, and act as a trusted advisor to customer architects and engineering leaders, then transition the momentum you've built to the core account team. You bring technical depth and the judgment to apply it fast, in situations that require strong ownership and are highly visible . Where a specialisation helps you contribute quickly, great — but on this team, breadth, adaptability, and a bias for impact matter just as much as your area of depth. The impact you will have Accelerate what matters most: parachute into strategic, high-profile opportunities and own a clearly defined technical area, moving critical workloads and use cases from evaluation toward production and consumption. Lead the architecture: design scalable, production-grade solutions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics, and lead the whiteboarding, design reviews, and trade-off decisions with senior customer stakeholders. Win the technical decision : demonstrate Databricks' differentiation through custom-built solutions in competitive, must-win scenarios. Move fast while maintaining the bar: establish momentum quickly in ambiguous situations and compress timelines without cutting corners. Hand off, don't hold on :
