At Asana, security is foundational to our mission of helping teams work together effortlessly. Our security team protects Asana's employees, users, and customers by proactively addressing threats, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of security throughout our product and operations. As the Security Risk Manager, you will own Asana's internal security risk management program end-to-end. This is a senior role for someone who goes beyond frameworks and checklists — you will engineer the quantitative and automated foundations that let Asana continuously measure and make confident decisions about security risk. You'll build the systems and processes that make risk scalable, not just the policies that describe it, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements What you'll achieve Own Asana's security risk management program: Design and continuously mature a quantitative risk framework — including risk scoring methodologies, likelihood and impact modeling, and risk appetite thresholds — that enables consistent, data-driven risk decisions across the organization. Build and maintain a living risk register: Own Asana's central security risk register, developing KRIs, tracking trends over time, and driving accountability for risk treatment and remediation with business and technical owners. Automate risk identification and monitoring: Design and implement automated data pipelines and integrations that continuously surface security risks — pulling signals from vulnerability scanners, cloud security tooling, SIEMs, and third-party risk sources — so Asana's

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's Design Systems team is the foundational layer that powers visual consistency, design quality, and engineering velocity across all of Vanta's product surfaces. The Design Systems team builds and maintains Vanta's shared component library, design tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation — enabling product designers and engineers to ship high-quality, cohesive experiences at scale. As Vanta grows across GRC, Trust, Design Systems, and new product areas, the Design Systems team plays a critical role in maintaining quality, reducing design and engineering debt, and accelerating the entire product organization. What you’ll do as a Staff Product Designer at Vanta: Building and evolving a robust, scalable component library used across every product team Establishing and maintaining design tokens, typography, spacing, color systems, and interaction patterns Creating and enforcing documentation standards, contribution models, and design governance frameworks Partnering with front-end engineering to ensure design-to-code fidelity and maintain a shared component vocabulary Driving design system adoption across product teams through education, tooling, and proactive partnership Evolving the design system to support accessibility and platform scalability across Vanta's growing product suite Deep expertise building and maintaining scalable design systems for complex B2B SaaS products, including component architecture, design tokens, and pattern libraries Strong visual design foundation with mastery of typography, color theory, spacing, interaction design, and accessibility principles Proven ability to govern and evolve a design
As a C++ lead software engineer, you design, build, and deliver high-performance, scalable software systems. This is a hands-on role: you spend your time in the code, combining deep technical expertise with mentorship as you build and run production-ready solutions. You are responsible for: Designing and building scalable solutions with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and cross-component integration. Taking ownership of delivery from design to production, and living "you build it, you run it", so your team owns what it ships and keeps it reliable in production. Staying hands-on in the code while keeping delivery on track: unblocking the team, holding the bar on quality, and mentoring fellow engineers. Challenging and refining requirements with product analysts to ensure clarity, feasibility, and delivery readiness. Owning technical correctness, including performance and scalability. You shift quality left and reimagine how QA is done, building AI-based testing frameworks that deliver strong automation and fast feedback so issues surface early. This covers the full range of testing: performance, load, spike, soak, and security testing. Building observability into the software as a core principle, so your team can run it with confidence and catch issues before customers do.

Title: Staff Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Cost & Engineering Efficiency Location: Noida / Bangalore (Hybrid) Summary of role Sumo Logic's microservices architecture, hosted on AWS, ingests petabytes of data daily across many geographic regions in support of our planet-scale observability and security products, serving hundreds of millions of queries a day against thousands of petabytes of data. At that scale, every inefficiency — in code, architecture, or infrastructure — compounds into real cost. This role sits within the Product SRE organization, working alongside your global SRE team on your product area's reliability roadmap — with a mandate that leads with code as much as operations. You'll find where Sumo's systems are spending more compute, storage, or engineering time than necessary, and fix it in the code and architecture, not just the infra config, while also carrying the fuller SRE mandate — reliability, security posture, and improving the day-to-day experience of the engineers within your product area. You'll be part of a team that blends SRE and backend software engineering skillsets, partnering closely with product engineering teams across your product area. This is an engineering role — the work is about shipping code, architecture, and system-level changes that improve unit economics, not managing cost dashboards, tagging, or reserved-instance/savings-plan purchasing. What you’ll do Continuously discover cost and efficiency opportunities through production profiling, telemetry, cost data, capacity trends, and system-level analysis — across algorithmic inefficiencies, resource-heavy code paths, and architectural decisions — and turn ambiguous problems into prioritized engineering initiatives. About the role Every time Claude runs code, uses a computer, or works as an agent, it does so inside a sandbox. Our Sandboxing team builds the isolation layer behind that work. The same systems run the code Claude writes for users, the environments we train and evaluate models in, and the agents our customers deploy. These workloads are untrusted by design, and there are a lot of them. Sandboxes need to start in milliseconds, hold up under adversarial code, and scale to a very large number of concurrent sessions. You will work at the boundary between the Linux kernel, virtualization, and the container ecosystem. You will partner with research, product, and security teams to make sure that safe and fast do not trade off against each other. Key responsibilities Design, build, and operate the sandboxing infrastructure that runs untrusted, model-generated code and agent workloads at scale Improve sandbox startup time, density, and throughput, including snapshot and restore, checkpointing, and warm pools Strengthen isolation across compute, filesystem, and network, including egress controls and per-session credential handling Investigate and fix performance, reliability, and security issues at the kernel, hypervisor, and container runtime level Build the monitoring, tracing, and debugging tools that show where time and resources go inside a sandbox Work with researchers to support reinforcement learning environments and evaluations that need fast, reproducible, isolated execution Work with product and platform engineers to expose sandboxes as a dependable, well-designed capability for Claude products and customers Partner with security tea
