What this job involves: The Maintenance Mechanic supports operation, inspection, and light maintenance processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. This is an entry-level position that provides excellent opportunities for growth in the engineering field. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and technicians at our Broomfield Oracle site, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the seamless operation of critical building systems. Job Responsibilities Lead a team of facilities associates and porters. Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance with Facilities Manager. Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly. Train and mentor facilities associates to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related needs. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Prior experience in maintenance or facility management, with leadership responsibilities. Strong technical skills in various maintenance disciplines.
