About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role We're looking for a BDR Enablement Lead to own the curriculum and craft development of Anthropic's business development organization. Our BDRs are the front door to the pipeline and, for many of them, this is the first serious sales role of their career. What they learn here shapes how they sell for the next decade. This role owns that formation: the onboarding curriculum, sales foundations, the ongoing skill development, and the pipeline generation playbooks that turn effort into meetings. It is also a role with an unusual opportunity. Anthropic's BDRs should be the most AI-native prospecting team in the industry. You will build the workflows that make that true — using plugins, account research skills, and agentic tooling to change what a BDR can accomplish in a day. Doing this well requires someone who is genuinely excited about the craft of prospecting and about rebuilding it around what AI now makes possible. Key responsibilities Own the BDR onboarding curriculum, taking new hires from day one to first meeting booked as quickly as we responsibly can Enable BDRs on AI-native prospecting workflows, including plugins, account research skills, and agentic tooling that meaningfully change BDR productivity Develop and maintain pipeline generation playbooks across segments, personas, and motions Run ongoing skill development on sales fundamentals: cold calling, written outreach, objection handling, discovery, and qualification Certify BDRs on our products, our qualification criteria, and our messaging Partner with BDR leadership to identify where skill gaps are constraining pipeline, and build focused interventions Build

About the team The OpenAI for Government team is a dynamic, mission-driven group leveraging frontier AI to transform how governments achieve their missions. Our team works to empower public servants with secure, compliant AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise in custom configurations) and mission-aligned deployments that meet government technical requirements with strong reliability and safety. As part of the OpenAI for Government team you will work across U.S. defense enterprises, helping to accelerate adoption through hands-on support, tailored training, and early insights—so civil servants can spend less time on red tape and more on meaningful work. About the Role As a Technical Deployment Lead on the Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will lead the delivery of custom agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You'll own high-value engagements where we collaborate directly with customers to build and deploy agents into their most critical business processes Each engagement runs from SOW through production deployment. Forward Deployed Engineers build the technical solution; you drive the delivery plan, product scoping, stakeholder relationships, and the organizational complexity of deploying agents into complex enterprise environments. You need to be credible in architecture conversations with engineering leads and equally comfortable running executive briefings with C-suite sponsors. You won't write production code, but you'll pressure-test technical decisions and make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority when things go sideways on an engagement. This is also a builder's role. We're in the early innings of an emerging motion - the playbooks, the delivery patterns, the repeatable IP that makes the next engagement faster and better don't exist yet. The TDLs who thrive here are the ones who get that codifying what works is as important as the engagement in front of them right now. Responsibilities Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement. Work from the signed SOW to a sequenced roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses that FDEs execute against. Lead delivery discovery. Map customer workflows and constraints in depth, pressure-test the scoped MVP against what you find, and shape the solution architecture with the FDE

Render

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure. Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users. Our platform is trusted by over 6.5 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $257M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development. We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you. Applying to Render We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team. Supabase
📍 Singapore• Full-time

About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role Supabase's Partnerships function spans several sub-functions — Integration Partners, Solution Partners, Cloud, Marketplace, and Startups — each of which owns a global strategy for their area. We're looking for a Partner Development Manager, APAC to give those strategies a real presence in the region. This is a generalist, region-first role covering all partner types . Rather than owning a single function end-to-end, you'll work across all of them — combining new partner development with the activation of partnerships that already exist globally, wherever the region needs it most. You'll join an established global partnerships team, working day-to-day with our function leads and APAC colleagues and reporting to the Head of Partnerships. You are the connection point between global partner strategy and the commercial, regulatory, and market realities of APAC. This role is based in Singapore. Much of the work happens in person — building senior partner relationships, being present in the market, and capitalising on co-selling and co-marketing opportunities across the region. As regional partner volume grows, we expect the role to evolve and eventually specialise; you'll help shape what that looks like. What You'll Own Regional Partner Development Identify, prioritise, and close new partners across Integration, Solution, Cloud, Marketplace, and Startup motions where APAC coverage does not yet exist — including smaller regional solution partners and resellers where they open up the market. Build and maintain a regional pipeline of prospective partners across all functions. Partner Activation & Enablement Localise and activate globally-sourced partnerships for the APAC market, inclu
