About the role Forward Deployed Engineers embed directly with customer engineering teams to ship production-grade Cursor workflows that measurably improve how they build software. You’ll figure out what’s actually slowing a team down, design a practical solution, and own it end-to-end, from first discovery call through launch, iteration, and post-production support. This is not a demo role. You are responsible for systems that work in the real world. This role will be based in all 3 cities: Bengaluru, New Delhi and Mumbai. What you’ll do Lead discovery with customer engineers to identify the real bottleneck and define clear success metrics Design and build Cursor-powered workflows (e.g., large-scale refactors, migrations, PR review loops, incident → fix pipelines, spec → implementation systems) Ship a fast first version in days, then harden it into something reliable over weeks with proper rollout plans, monitoring, and iteration based on real usage Own production quality: tracing, evals, metrics, debugging model behavior, latency/cost tradeoffs, and failure modes Work directly with Staff+/Platform/Eng leaders — going deep in code while also communicating clearly about tradeoffs

We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next. About the Role You will lead a team of engineers building the infrastructure used to train, test, and evaluate our models. This is one of the few places at SpaceXAI where infrastructure and model behavior meet directly: when something breaks, it's rarely obvious whether it's a systems bug or the model doing exactly what it was trained to do, and your team has to be good at telling the difference before they can fix it. You'll set technical direction for how we train and evaluate models at scale, stay close enough to the code to debug alongside your team, and work daily with researchers to turn tradeoffs in latency, quality, and cost into infrastructure that actually gets built. We're hiring across a range of scope for this role, depending on experience and the size of problem you're ready to own. Example projects include.. Building the rollout infrastructure that lets researchers run RL experiments at scale without fighting the plumbing. Designing eval pipelines that catch regressions before they ship, and give researchers fast, trustworthy signal on whether a change actually helped. Owning the environments in which models are trained and tested: sandboxed, reproducible, and fas

Expect to get together quarterly for intense in-person working sessions called “surges.” learn more about working at Coinbase . Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Identity Verification As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer on the Identity Verification team within the Platform group, you'll own the ML systems that determine whether a person, document, and capture session are legitimate. Every signup, account recovery, and high-risk action at Coinbase depends on these models. You'll lead the technical strategy for IDV ML end-to-end, from architecture through production enforcement, protecting the integrity of millions of accounts. What you'll do: Own the full IDV ML stack, including document authenticity models, 1:1 and 1:N face-match, liveness detection, presentation-attack detection, and deepfake/injection detection from feature pipeline through threshold tuning and production enforcement. Build identity-graph systems using GNNs that cluster accounts sharing biometric, device, and document signals to detect synthetic-identity rings and coordinated fraud at onboarding. Develop behavioral and device-intelligence models for capture-session anomaly detection, bot-vs-human classification, and device-fingerprint-based risk scoring at real-time latency. Drive vendor ML strategy by benchmarking external models against a Coinbase-owned evaluation set, designing dynamic routing logic across providers and geographies, and building the in-house evaluation layer that catches regressions before they reac

We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next. About the role Cursor’s agents work inside the codebases of some of the most security-conscious engineering organizations in the world — holding credentials, reading untrusted content, running tools, and shipping changes. Today they act on authority delegated per task. Where we’re headed, they’ll work more like coworkers: autonomous over long horizons, holding standing responsibilities, initiating work, and collaborating with people and other agents. The security models that future needs — identity and accountability for autonomous workers, standing authority rather than per-task permission, agent-to-agent trust, oversight that scales with always-on autonomy — mostly don’t exist yet. As Engineering Manager for Agent & Product Security, you’ll lead the team that makes agentic software development trustworthy. This team owns the security boundaries between customers, data, tools, repositories, workspaces, and agent authority across Cursor’s product and agents and designs the primitives behind them: agent identity, delegated authority, policy enforcement, secure tool execution, and prompt-injection containment. Little of this has settled precedent, so the team’s decisions carry
