As Head of Social for Square, you’ll sit within Brand Strategy & Marketing and own social as a channel: its strategy, audience, content calendar, community, and performance. This is an individual contributor role with no internal team; you’ll be the primary point of contact for social, partnering with the Brand Lead and your creative counterpart to connect Square’s positioning to the work that gets published. Your primary focus will be organic and owned content, with responsibility for advancing brand perception goals and partnering with paid teams so organic and paid reinforce each other. You Will Set the social strategy for Square. Define what social is for, what it does that other channels cannot, and what it is deliberately not for. Connect that strategy to Square’s positioning in partnership with the Brand Lead. Define the audience and measures of success. At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. It’s big, it’s bold, and we’re already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs. If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value. THE WORK: We seek a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead and develop our Trust Platform — the programmable controls, integrations, and tools that enable our products to function securely and reliably as we grow into more regulated, higher-risk markets such as banks and other regulated entities. You'll determine what features should be included in the platform and which ones become reusable components other teams can build upon. You will assess how the roadmap stands up to careful examination from regulators, bank diligence teams, and the product teams working on what you develop. You will work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering, maintaining clear responsibility for the product roadmap and decisions. Why Now? The regulatory landscape is growing. More jurisdictions, more counterparties, more edge cases — this needs someone thinking ahead of requirements, crafting our posture before it's forced on us. Trust is a competitive advantage. Our strategy increasingly points at selling into banks and other regulated counterparties, who diligence maturity, auditability, and programmable controls as part of the buying decision. This work helps us secure agreements. The platform opportunity is genuine and ready to develop. We have reached a stage where this logic should become a configurable core element for other teams to build upon. It involves deciding what is
