Responsibilities Own end-to-end supplier relationship management for assigned indirect categories, including flawless performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional team members as the regional category lead to align demand, priorities, and sourcing strategies. Lead RFx/sourcing events through award and transition; coordinate with Global Category Supplier Managers to align regional and global strategies. Incorporate savings targets, total cost considerations, and collaborator requirements into sourcing strategies and negotiations. Define and implement contract strategies for assigned categories; negotiate terms, ensure alignment with requirements, and manage contract adherence.
