JOIN OUR TEAM Als (Senior) Legal Counsel unterstützt du unser Legal-Team in unserem Headquarter von Westwing in München bei der rechtlichen Begleitung von spannenden Projekten wie internationalen Expansionen sowie strategischen Corporate- und M&A-Projekten. Du fungierst dabei als verhandlungssicherer Volljurist und Legal Business Partner im Wirtschafts-, Gesellschafts- und allgemeinen Zivilrecht und stellst die Corporate Governance sowie den Company Secretary Service für die börsennotierte Westwing Group SE sicher. WHAT YOU'LL DO Umfassende rechtliche Begleitung von Sonderprojekten wie internationalen Expansionen, neuen Geschäftsmodellen sowie strategischen Corporate- und M&A-Projekten Proaktive und eigenverantwortliche Übernahme der Company-Secretary-Aufgaben im Westwing-Konzern einschließlich der Vorbereitung von Beschlüssen, Unterstützung bei Aufsichtsratssitzungen sowie der Hauptversammlung der börsennotierten SE, Erstellung von Corporate-Governance-Berichten und Unterstützung bei der Berichterstattung an Abschlussprüfer Verhandlung, Prüfung und Gestaltung von nationalen und internationalen Verträgen in den Bereichen Wirtschafts-, Gesellschafts- und allgemeines Zivilrecht in Deutsch und Englisch mit einem klaren Fokus auf effiziente Standardisierung und die smarte Nutzung von Legal Tech Rechtliche Betreuung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen in den operativen Bereichen wie Logistik, Operations (von Linehaul bis Westwing Delivery Service), Versicherungsthemen sowie gewerblichen Mietverträgen für die Stores-Teams Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer innovativen Legal- & Compliance-Tech-Organisation durch Schaffung effizienter Workflows und digitaler Prozesse im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich Durchführung praxisnaher Mitarbeiter-Schulungen sowie Koordination externer Berater und Kommunikation mit Behörden YOU COME WITH Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes erstes und zweites Staatsexamen (Volljurist*in), idealerweis
