WHY BOX NEEDS YOU We are seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager / Regional Partner Manager to own the Box Enterprise West territory within our growing Partner Sales organization. This is a high-impact, territory-owning role responsible for driving partner-attached revenue growth across the Enterprise West region. You will be the dedicated Regional Partner Manager aligned to the Enterprise West pod — building the partner-attached pipeline, executing partner-attached deals end-to-end, and serving as the single point of accountability for partner motion across the territory. Box has two distinct partner-facing roles, and knowing the difference will help you understand exactly what you'd own in this position: PAMs (Partner Account Managers) are partner-facing. They own and develop the business around a specific partner — building the joint plan, the relationship, and the long-term motion with that partner. RPMs (Regional Partner Managers) are partner-agnostic. They execute partner-attached deals in their region or pod, working with whatever partner is on a given deal. RPMs are about deal execution, not partner development. The Enterprise West Senior Partner Sales Manager is a Regional Partner Sales Manager in every respect — a deal-execution role with full ownership of partner-attached outcomes for the territory. This is a deal-execution role, not a partner-development or operations role. WHAT YOU'LL DO Partner-Attached Deal Execution Own and execute partner-attached deals across the Enterprise West territory, working alongside the in-region Enterprise sales team to drive opportunities to close. Work partner-agnostically across resellers, distributors, SIs, cloud marketplaces, and strategic ISVs — matching the right partner motion to each deal in the West. Drive deal progression by removing blockers, coordinating partner and field activity, and pushing opportunities through the sales cycle. Manage end-of-quarter execution for the territory, including reseller transactio

About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As a Strategic Deals Lead, you will shape and execute Anthropic's partnerships with the hyperscalers and cloud service providers that supply the compute we train and serve frontier models on. As Anthropic scales its infrastructure footprint, you will originate, structure, negotiate, and close the deals that put that strategy into effect — securing large-scale compute capacity and, increasingly, shaping how Anthropic's models are distributed, priced, and sold through those same partners' platforms Securing that infrastructure at scale requires cultivating strong partnerships across the hyperscaler and cloud service provider ecosystem — partnerships that cut across compute, go-to-market, and product teams. These relationships span multi-year compute commitments, financing structures, model availability on the partner's platform, co-selling and marketplace arrangements, and joint go-to-market motions. You will be the person who connects those threads: working with engineering and infrastructure teams to understand what compute Anthropic needs, and with product, go-to-market, finance, and legal teams to make sure the commercial and distribution terms we agree to reinforce rather than constrain each other. We are looking for people who combine a deep understanding of cloud and AI infrastructure with strong strategic judgment, financial acumen, and the negotiating skill to close complex agreements at the terms and timelines Anthropic requires. You will be an integral part of a team focused on ensuring Anthropic has the resources it needs to pursue its mission of developing safe, beneficial AI systems. Key responsibilities Own

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia. We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do. Our co-founders are Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor . Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace. What you'll do As an Executive Assistant supporting the Office of the Co-Founders at Sierra, you will provide a wide range of strategic and administrative support to our Co-Founders and their teams. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's compute fleet is one of the largest and most varied in the world, and everything we do from training frontier models to serving Claude depends on getting the right work onto the right hardware at the right time. Our Scheduler team owns that problem. We build the scheduling layer for Anthropic's Kubernetes fleet, the tools researchers and engineers use to launch and manage their jobs, and the systems that make sure the fleet is used as efficiently as possible. When a researcher starts a run, the scheduler decides where it lands and how quickly; when demand outstrips supply, it decides who waits. This team provides the paved path that lets everyone at Anthropic get compute when they need it without becoming an expert in the infrastructure underneath. We're looking for an engineering manager to lead this team. The scheduler is on the critical path for nearly all of Anthropic's compute, and the mandate is expanding quickly: making scheduling work seamlessly across a growing, heterogeneous fleet; raising utilization while keeping jobs starting fast; making the system's decisions predictable and explainable to the people who depend on it; and making the job-launch experience something researchers rarely have to think about. You'll lead a team building infrastructure that the entire research and product organization depends on, and you'll partner closely with capacity planning, research, inference, and product teams to make efficient use of the fleet. Key responsibilities Lead and grow a team of engineers building Anthropic's scheduling platform, job-launch tooling, and fleet-efficiency systems, owning planning, ex
