We’re building the world’s leading last-mile logistics platform — and to succeed, we’ll need to disrupt ourselves along the way. The Dasher Financial team is one such disruption: we are building fintech products that best serve the needs of Dashers and gig workers like them. From instant access to earnings, to innovative bill pay and savings products, to credit-building tools, our goal is to create the financial system of record for Dashers. To deliver on that promise, we need exceptional operators who can take tough operational problems, turn them into clear plans, and drive them to completion. As an Associate, you will: Own a core area of the Crimson banking program end to end — the metrics, the operating model, and the cross-functional partners who make it work Turn ambiguous operational problems into structured plans, and drive them through Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners Build the monitoring and mechanisms that catch problems before users report them, rather than after Manage external vendors and partners: hold them to their SLAs, escalate when they miss, and negotiate what we need Disputes & Support This role owns the Crimson support and disputes experience — the systems, partners, and processes that determine

About the Team DoorDash is seeking a seasoned Engineering Director to lead our Logistics Org. You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary organization of 100+ engineers (Backend, Mobile, Machine Learning, and Operations Research) to architect the intelligent, real-time systems that comprise the "brain" of our fulfillment engine. This organization builds the optimization engines and high-throughput AI platforms that guide millions of Dashers and deploy tens of millions of dollars in real-time.
