About Atomic Industries Atomic Industries is reinventing how the world makes things. From cars and aerospace systems to medical devices and packaging, most physical goods begin life in a mold or are shaped by a manufacturing tool. Producing these tools has always been slow, manual, and dependent on scarce expertise, taking weeks or months. We’re changing that. At our Detroit headquarters, we combine the industrial DNA of America’s manufacturing heartland with the speed, intelligence, and precision of Silicon Valley. Our AI-driven platform tackles the hardest problems in geometry, process planning, and fabrication, collapsing production timelines from months to days and soon, minutes. We don’t just build software; we run a fully operational factory where our technology produces production-grade tooling every week, enabling tight feedback loops and rapid iteration. Backed by top-tier investors, we’re restoring speed, flexibility, and capability to the American industrial base. Our mission is to make manufacturing as agile and scalable as the digital world, and in doing so, rebuild the infrastructure of the physical economy. Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Injection Molding Process Technician to support setup, optimization, and troubleshooting across our press lineup. You’ll be responsible for ensuring machines run efficiently and consistently—meeting quality targets, minimizing scrap, and reducing downtime. This role is critical to our ability to run complex molds at high volumes with the tightest tolerances. Key Responsibilities Set up molds, material, and auxiliary equipment per production schedule Start, stop, and dial-in injection molding processes to meet part specs and cycle time targets Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to pressures, speeds, and temperatures Conduct first-piece inspections and approve production startups Identify and troubleshoot part defects, flash, short shots, and dimens

About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role Safeguards Engineering builds and operates the infrastructure that keeps Anthropic's AI systems safe in production — the classifiers, detection pipelines, evaluation platforms, and monitoring systems that sit between our models and the real world. That infrastructure needs to be not just correct, but reliable : when a safety-critical pipeline goes down or degrades, the consequences can be serious, and they can be invisible until someone looks closely. As a Technical Program Manager for Safeguards Infrastructure and Evals, you'll own the operational health and forward momentum of this stack. Your primary responsibility is driving reliability — owning the incident-response and post-mortem process, ensuring SLOs are defined and met in partnership with various teams, and making sure that when things go wrong, the right people know, the right actions get taken, and those actions actually get closed out. Alongside that ongoing operational rhythm, you'll coordinate the larger platform investments: migrations, eval-platform improvements, and the cross-team dependencies that connect them. This role sits at the intersection of operations and program management. It requires genuine technical depth — you need to understand how these systems work well enough to triage effectively, judge what's actually safety-critical versus what can wait, and have informed conversations with the engineers building and maintaining them. But the core of the job is keeping the machine running well and the work moving. What You'll Do: Own the Safeguards Engineering ops review - Drive the recurring cadence that keeps the team informed and coordinated: s

Organizations rely on DataHub solutions to accelerate time-to-value from their data investments, ensure AI system reliability, and implement unified governance, enabling AI & data to work together and bring order to data chaos. What you’ll do: Manage end-to-end release cadences for both DataHub Core (OSS) and our Managed Cloud Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, DevOps, documentation, and customer success Define Quality Gates: Establish the "Go/No-Go" criteria that ensure every release is rock-solid Build Automation: Design the dashboards and runbooks that turn manual release chaos into a streamlined machine Risk Mitigation: Identify breaking changes and dependency conflicts before they hit production Serve as the central point of contact for all release-related questions and updates Facilitate release retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in technical program management or release management roles Proven track record of managing complex software releases in fast-paced startup environments Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD practices, and DevOps principles Experience with both open-source and enterprise software release models is a strong plus Strong technical background with ability to understand architecture, dependencies, and technical trade-offs Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Linear, or similar Outstanding commun
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars. SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.
