The Internal Product Analytics (IPA) team is the analytics backbone of Datadog's Product organization. With over thirty products on a single platform, IPA gives PMs and leadership the data, tooling, platform, and analysis they need to make good decisions. The team owns the recurring analytical work the Product org runs on and builds the AI-first workflows that make that analysis faster and more consistent across the org. As Manager of the Internal Product Analytics team, you will directly manage a team of data analysts, partner closely with the PMs your team serves, and partner with the associated platform engineering teams. You will set the direction for how the team delivers analysis, builds AI-first tooling, and partners across functions. This is a role for someone who works well across teams, turning complex data and open questions into clear, trusted answers that PMs and leadership can act on. What You'll Do: Guide and grow the Internal Product Analytics team. Manage, coach, and develop a team of data analysts. Set priorities, hold a high bar for quality, and make sure the team's output is trusted across the Product org. Partner directly with the PM org. Work side by side with the PMs your team serves to frame the questions that matter, shape the analysis, and make sure the answers reach them in a form they can act on. Own the recurring analytics the PM org runs on. Business reviews, feature request analysis, usage and adoption tracking, and pricing analysis. Make this work consistent, repeatable, and fast so PMs get answers when they need them. Build AI-first analytics. Design and ship AI-powered workflows and agents that do the heavy lifting of analysis, from data querying to synthesis to reporting. Set the standard for how the team uses AI so analysis scales without simply adding headcount. Partner across functions. The Manager, Business Intelligence leads a team of product owners and reporting engineers who build and maintain the reporting our corporate business areas and venues run on. You set the standard for how data is modeled, defined, and delivered in Amazon Quick Suite (Quick Sight) on top of Redshift and Snowflake, and you connect two halves of the team: the product owners who own the relationship with the business and the backlog, and the engineers who build against it. Success is measured less by dashboards shipped and more by decisions improved — how fast a venue GM or a corporate leader gets a reliable answer, and how much they trust it. Team leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of BI product owners and reporting engineers; own hiring, onboarding, performance, and career growth across two distinct skill tracks. Develop product owners in requirements gathering, backlog management, stakeholder communication, acceptance criteria, and saying no well. Develop reporting engineers in SQL, data modeling, Quick Suite development, and engineering craft. Hold the line between the two: ensure requirements arrive well-defined and that engineers aren't absorbing unscoped work mid-sprint. Run the team's delivery cadence — intake, prioritization, sprint or release planning, and demo/review — balancing executive asks against roadmap commitments and technical debt. Establish and enforce team standards for SQL, data modeling, version control, code review, testing, documentation, and dashboard design consistency. Product management of the reporting portfolio Own the BI product roadmap across corporate functions and venue operations; make the trade-off calls when demand exceeds capacity. Ensure each business area — Finance, Operations, Marketing, F&B, Guest Experience — has a clear product owner relationship and a visible backlog.<

We have 274Mn ATU, and risk management is at the core of building any sustainable credit business at scale - our being a captive audience means both Growth and Risk are an outcome of underwriting, which is owned by the Risk team. This person will be responsible for driving the analytics behind these questions for User Lending - creating analytical frameworks, developing high quality analysis, driving insights and actions, and recommending policy decisions, across a well-established BNPL portfolio and a Personal Loans portfolio that is still scaling. About Us OpenFX is on a mission to move money as freely as data, unrestricted by time zones, banking hours, or legacy systems. We are building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of cross-border payment systems for institutions. The team's execution has been exceptional, and we're scaling at a remarkable pace. Our stellar early team comes with experience in companies like J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, FalconX, Paypal, Affirm, Polygon, Kraken, Nium & others. We're backed by Accel, Lightspeed, NfX and other top-tier investors. Role Overview We are looking for a Security & Compliance Engineer to turn regulatory requirements into real, running controls — and then prove to auditors that they work. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, heavily regulated environments and knows how to make compliance provable in production rather than on paper. OpenFX is expanding across Europe in a heavily regulated financial environment. As we scale into EU markets, regulators, auditors, and enterprise partners expect provable, continuously operating security controls — not slide decks or one-off audits. Compliance requirements (DORA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and region-specific regulations) are increasing faster than our ability to operationalize them, and this role exists to close that gap. You will own the security controls and evidence that regulators and auditors care about, end to end — from translating regulatory language into concrete mechanisms through to audit walkthroughs and remediation. You will partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and engineering to ensure compliance is built into the platform rather than bolted on after the fact. This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (EU/EEA). Key Responsibilities: Own audit-ready security controls Design, implement, and maintain technical and operational controls for DORA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and future regional requirements. Ensure controls are not just documente
