About the Team The Campaign Operations team’s mission is to deliver high-quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our customers around the world. We build, test, and launch the retention marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners, and we’re focused on getting every campaign to the right audience on time and with strong craft. We’re growing our team of technical CRM specialists in Mexico City to support that mission. About the Role As an Associate, Campaign Operations, you will help build, test, and launch retention marketing campaigns using our email service platform (ESP), Braze, working from designs created by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. You’ll support the Campaign Operations Manager and our Lifecycle Marketing partners to help each campaign clear quality review and reach customers on time. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor execution and quality-review role, distinct from brand, content, social media, or performance-marketing positions, and a strong fit for someone early in their CRM or lifecycle-marketing career.
