You can build an agent live in front of a skeptical staff engineer, diagnose a broken lab while a room of learners waits, and adapt when a lesson is not landing. You can also watch another instructor teach for ten minutes and identify the one change that will materially improve their next session. This is not primarily an instructional design or classroom facilitation role. You should be comfortable writing code, debugging technical systems, and teaching practitioners who may know more than you do about their particular domain. You will report to the Head of Technical Training. Key responsibilities Deliver hands-on technical instruct
