Work with the thermal engineering team to develop test procedures and help set up laboratory capabilities for evaluating AI hardware. Support thermal and mechanical testing using appropriate laboratory equipment; collect, organize, and analyze test data. Assist the mechanical and thermal design teams with prototype evaluation, troubleshooting, design verification, and documentation of findings.
