About the Team The Product Explorations team is a small, high-ownership product exploration group focused on turning new model capabilities into impactful user experiences. We operate across Applied and Research, working closely with product, engineering, design, and research partners to identify promising opportunities, prototype quickly, validate ideas, and determine which efforts should scale into larger product investments. About the Role We are looking for a PCB Layout Engineer to design high-density electronics for next-generation robotic systems. You will own PCB layout from floor planning through fabrication release, working closely with electrical, SI/PI, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. This role is based in San Francisco and requires in-person presence four days per week. In this role, you will: Own PCB layout, component placement, routing, and fabrication release for complex robotic systems. Collaborate with SI/PI engineers to refine layouts based on simulation results. Implement high-speed routing, controlled impedance, power distribution, decoupling, grounding, EMI/EMC, thermal, and mechanical-integration requirements. Work directly with fabricators and assembly partners to define stack-ups, establish design rules, drive DFM/DFA/DFT reviews, and close findings before release. Prepare fabrication and assembly documentation, including drawings, ODB++, drill files, stack-up tables, and manufacturing notes. Inspect newly received PCBAs and participate in board-level manufacturing failure analysis. Contribute to reusable design constraints and layout workflows, and maintain component-library assets such as symbols, footprints, and 3D models. You might thrive in this role if you: Have 6+ years of experience designing complex, multilayer PCBs. Are fluent in Cadence Allegro PCB Designer and Constraint Manager. About the Role We are hiring a AI Platform Engineer to build the execution layer for Supabase's internal AI systems. Supabase is building an AI-native internal operating system: a common way of working across the company where AI carries a meaningful share of the operational load rather than sitting alongside it as an assistant. We are standing up a new central team to build those systems, enable the teams, and embed AI operations throughout the organization. You are the engineer on that team. The execution layer is yours. You will build the platform that actually runs agents: an event-triggered queue, a headless model-agnostic runtime, durable state so work survives a restart, a human review gate, atomic rollback, and full logging of every prompt, tool call and decision so any run can be reconstructed. You will build the evaluation layer that makes any of it trustworthy, because an agent that cannot be measured cannot be trusted with anything beyond reading. And you will build the agents themselves, across everything from executive reporting down to a layer of agents that watch the platform and improve it.
