Responsibilities and Tasks: • Establish and improve equipment condition and technology. • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. • Establish and modify equipment management projects. • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. • Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. • Abnormal analysis and improvement. • Leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, accelerate problem-solving, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Demonstrated skill in enhancing tool functionality and lowering operational expenses Proficient abilities in initiating and adjusting process management initiatives Proficiency in configuring machine parameters for semiconductor equipment Demonstrated expertise in evaluating, promoting, and planning new equipment/materials Outstanding problem-solving skills and capability to conduct root cause analysis Capability to effectively carry out extended inquiries into defect problems Strong collaboration and communication skills About Micron Technology, Inc. As a MTB IE Engine er, you will be responsible for 1. Cost Data Analysis with Optimization : 1) Ensure accurate cost through periodic audits and validation of area cost performance with dynamic models. 2) Continue to enhance system data accuracy with complex product mix to clarify various cost items. 2. Responsibilities and Tasks : 1) Ensure Fab cost is well positioned to meet Finance annual target at the manufacturing area levels. 2) Understand the impact to the driven by cost changes through bottom-up cost data analysis. 3) Work closely with MFG, Engineering and Supporting team to analyze &#34;Plan-to-Actual performance comparison&#34; by using statistical methodology and propose the mitigation plan to close the gap with stakeholders. 4) Deep study the underlying significance of cost item, further exploration of potential improvement and provision of appropriate recommendation to counterpart. 3. Role Requirement / Skills / Experience • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Material Science, or related field) • 2&#43; years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or manufacturing environment is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level roles) • Familiar with semiconductor process flow and manufacturing equipment. • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., SPC, DOE, RCA). • Ability to analyze process data and identify improvement opportunities. • Demonstrated ability and willingness to leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to enhance productivity, data analysis, decision-making, collaboration, and continuous improvement. <p style="text-align:inhe
