Location Details: India, Remote At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely. This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. Join Our Team... GEDE (Global Edge and Domains Engineering) keeps GoDaddy's domains, edge, and aftermarket platforms running for millions of customers. Within GEDE, the Reliability Engineering team (Domains Production Engineering) is the group that gets the call when something breaks — and, more importantly, builds the systems that mean it breaks less often. We own the monitoring, compliance, and patching toolchain for the whole Domains infrastructure footprint, provide advanced incident support, and are actively modernizing how the org detects, diagnoses, and even auto-remediates issues with AI-assisted tooling! What you'll get to do... Build and evolve observability using Prometheus/Mimir, the Grafana LGTM stack, Elastic/OTEL, and Site24x7 — closing gaps across the org. Steer our cloud migration journey and bolster our efforts to keep the services reliable and performant. Own patching compliance and vulnerability remediation at scale across a mixed on-prem + AWS fleet, hitting hard SLA targets. Operate and extend our multi-tenant Kubernetes/ArgoCD platform, including the migration of core services. Contribute to our AI/automation initiatives: auto-generating runbooks from Prometheus alerts, ServiceNow change-risk scoring, and other tooling that reduces toil for the whole team Consult with partner dev teams on metrics, alert thresholds, and monitoring standards — this is a platform-enablement role, not just a ticket queue. Mentor other engineers on the team and help mature our operational practices. Your experience should include

Build something people love Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual and learn more about how we work . About the Observability Platform Team The Observability Platform team exists to make production legible to every engineer and AI agent at Wealthsimple, on their first day and every day after. Every request, job, and user action produces a signal, and our job is to turn that signal into a fast, high-cardinality data asset that anyone can question. A business stakeholder investigating a drop in conversions, a service owner tracing a slow endpoint, an engineer validating a release, and an AI agent confirming its own change should all reach for the same data and get an answer in seconds. We treat the platform as a product, and the engineers, service owners, and business stakeholders who depend on it as our partners. Our mission is to build the wide-event data model, the query foundation, and the golden paths that connect people to production data. We instrument on open standards such as OpenTelemetry so switching costs are a configuration change rather than a rewrite, and we optimize for the questions people did not anticipate rather than for pre-built dashboards. As the founding Software Development Manager for this team, you will hire and lead the engineers who build this foundation, and set the technical vision that shapes how Wealthsimple understands its systems for years to come. In this role you'll have the opportunity to: Build the wide-ev

ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE Baseten is building its own GPU infrastructure for large-scale inference. As we move into large scale, high-density NVIDIA systems, the hardest failures are intermittent, cross-layer, and difficult to prove: RoCE congestion, InfiniBand stalls, ECN/DCQCN mis-tuning, bad optics, RNIC issues, host kernel stalls, GPU driver problems, and workload symptoms that look like network problems, but are not. We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer to build a first-class observability and root-cause analysis system for GPU fabrics. This is a hard distributed systems problem, not a dashboarding problem. The system will collect high-volume signals from switches, hosts, active probes, and inference services; reduce and correlate them in real time; understand topology and service ownership; and produce actionable diagnosis while an incident is still unfolding. This role sits at the boundary between networking and inference software. RDMA data paths, GPUDirect transfers, prefill/decode disaggregation, KV cache movement, request routing, and workload backpressure can all create fabric symptoms or hide real fabric failures. The goal is to tell an operator, quickly and with evidence, whether an incident is caused by the fabric, host, NIC, GPU, RDMA path, scheduler, or serving layer — and what to do next. EXAMPLE INITIATIVES Real-time telemetry engine — Build the ingestion, reduction, storage, and query path for high-cardinality fab

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake Horizon Catalog is the context and governance layer of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. AI is fundamentally transforming how enterprises monitor and trust their data: instead of manually configuring thresholds and triaging failures, AI-powered anomaly detection fires on freshness and volume deviations automatically, agentic root cause analysis traces quality failures back to their upstream source in minutes, and intelligent lineage surfaces the blast radius of any schema change before it reaches a dashboard. Snowflake's native Data Observability capabilities — Data Metric Functions, graphical column-level lineage, anomaly detection, and AI-powered root cause analysis — are the foundation of this next-generation trust layer. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Data Observability product area, spanning Data Quality, End-to-end Lineage, and Root Cause Analysis. You will define the strategy for how Snowflake competes and wins against best-in-class observability platforms, drive the AI-first transformation of how enterprises detect and resolve data quality failures, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver capabilities that make enterprise data pipelines self-healing and self-explaining at scale.
