Founding Engineer, Open Source Salary range — $225k – $300k | Equity — 0.15-0.25% | In-person NYC About Datalab Datalab trains models that read documents reliably at scale. From frontier AI labs processing training data to Fortune 500s like Siemens extracting decades of engineering records, Datalab is where businesses turn to when extraction has to be right. We’re at high 7-figure ARR. Anthropic, Legora, Booz Allen, and ElevenLabs are customers. And we have hundreds more across FAANG, frontier AI labs, healthcare, finance, government, and legal. RDQ327R182 At Databricks, we are passionate about enabling data teams to solve the world's most challenging problems — from making the next mode of transportation a reality to accelerating medical breakthroughs. We do this by building and running the world's best data and AI platform, enabling our customers to use deep data insights to improve their businesses. Our ability to execute this mission depends on building trust and recognition within an ever-growing community of data engineers, analysts, scientists, machine learning practitioners, and AI practitioners. Are you a Developer Advocate who thrives in the spotlight, loves presenting and hosting events, and is genuinely hands-on with agentic developer tooling — the kind of person who has already wired up three coding agents and has opinions about what breaks? As a Senior Developer Advocate for Omnigent, you'll be a vital bridge between our engineering teams and the open source community forming around Omnigent, our meta-harness for AI agents. Omnigent sits one level above harnesses like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Pi, giving developers a common interface to compose agents, govern them with contextual policies, sandboxing, and cost controls, and collaborate on live sessions from any device. Your focus is squarely on the open source project and the community around it: templates, demos, and reference implementations that developers can clone, fork, and extend, and the contributors who will help the project grow beyond us. This is a build-the-community role. Omnigent is early, and the people who adopt it now will shape what it becomes. You'll help developers integrate it into their own stacks, make it easy for new contributors to land their first pull request, and create the kind of momentum where the project's best advocates are people who don't work here. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of knowledge-sharing activities. You'll deliver engaging talks, host panels and meetups, create blogs

This role is scoped for someone with foundational experience who wants to deepen it: you'll own discrete pieces of real systems under the mentorship of senior engineers, not shadow work or isolated coursework-style projects. What You'll Do You’ll work directly with the AI team, taking responsibility for well-scoped pieces of real systems, with mentorship from senior engineers. Benchmarks & Evaluation Contribute to APIFlow-Bench , our open-source benchmark for real API-development work: design and review benchmark tasks and their mock API environments, extend the evaluation harness and task-generation pipeline in Python, and help maintain the public multi-model leaderboard with statistical confidence intervals. Participants in Catalyst will collaborate with OCV and their batch to establish and work towards clear, measurable objectives, focusing on metrics such as contributor growth, community expansion, and increased adoption. OCV provides $10,000 to support the growth of Catalyst projects, and it is not expected that authors work on their project full-time during Catalyst (most participants hold full-time positions while in Catalyst). OCV is committed to advancing the growth of open source through providing the sponsorship resources and aims to amplify the impact of open-source projects and position them for long term success. Eight project authors will be accepted Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and are due by June 28 , although may close sooner if all eight spots are filled. Catalyst v2 kicks off on July 14, 2026.
Supabase is the open-source Postgres development platform that 7M+ developers and thousands of enterprises depend on every day. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the role We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the platform primitives every Supabase product runs on, including internal features like compute , disks , networking, and the API gateway, and external features like read replicas , custom domains , PrivateLink , and Bring Your Own Cloud. What you'll be responsible for: Talk to customers across the full spectrum. Indie developers running a single nano project, fast-growing startups whose costs are dominated by compute and disk, enterprises walking through a network-architecture review, and partners building on top of Supabase. Find the real blockers and bring them back to the roadmap. Own the problem statement and requirements behind every platform bet. Capture the customer evidence behind each decision, name the cost, capacity, and reliability constraints, and give the team a target it can hit. Decide what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets cut. Every quarter you're choosing between enterprise unlocks blocking deals, reliability and cost wins for the long tail of projects, and net-new capabilities that change what Supabase can run. Set the priorities and defend them. Define how each launch is measured before it ships. Set the metric, agree on the threshold, and track it after launch. Know whether a feature moved enterprise deal velocity, project economics, or platform reliability. Use that to sharpen the next call. Keep engineering, design, and leadership aligned. The platform touches every other Supabase product, every region, and every customer tier. Write the roadmap, surface dependencies before they become blockers, and keep decisions moving. You might be a good fit if you: Have 7+ years of produ

About the Role We're looking for a Startup Partner Enablement & Programs Manager to bring our partner ecosystem to life through enablement, events, and programs to raise awareness of Supabase's value proposition to early stage startups. You'll own the materials, playbooks, and activations that help our partners - VCs, accelerators, incubators and entrepreneurship programs - successfully promote and build with Supabase. That includes organizing Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events, running office hours, hackathons and VIP dinners, and turning relationships into repeatable, high-impact programs. This role sits on the Partnerships team and reports to the Head of Startups, working closely with teammates across the startup program, GTM, developer relations, and marketing. Because the bulk of our events and partner activity is concentrated in San Francisco and the Bay Area, we strongly prefer candidates based there who can regularly attend and host events in person. It's a great fit for someone who loves the operational craft of enablement and programs and wants to work at the intersection of startups, venture, and developer tools. What You'll Do Build and maintain partner enablement materials - decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and activation guides - that help partners across the ecosystem promote and build with Supabase Manage the operational cadence of partner programs: collaborating on strategy, tracking activations, and keeping program logistics running smoothly across partner types Organize Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events — demo days, founder summits, portfolio workshops, p

We give developers a Postgres database, authentication, instant APIs, edge functions, and real-time subscriptions — all in one platform. We are building the infrastructure layer for the next generation of applications. Corporate IT at Supabase reports into the Security organization. Identity and endpoint hygiene are treated as security controls, not administrative overhead. You will work with a small, senior team with direct access to engineering leadership and a mandate to automate everything. About the Role You will work directly with our IDM/MDM Lead to own the day-to-day operations of our identity and endpoint stack — Okta, Slack, Iru (MDM), and the integrations that tie them together. This role is equal parts identity management and endpoint operations, with a strong expectation that you automate what you repeat and document what you automate. This role provides follow-the-sun IT and identity coverage alongside our IDM/MDM Lead on the West Coast. Fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in EST or APAC. What You’ll Own Identity & Access Management Administer Okta day-to-day: user provisioning, group management, SSO application configuration, and MFA policy enforcement. Own joiner-mover-leaver (JML) workflows — ensure access is granted on day one, adjusted on role change, and fully revoked on departure with no manual gaps. Maintain and improve Okta lifecycle automation, reducing manual provisioning toil and closing the window between HR events and access changes. Audit access regularly: identify stale accounts, over-provisioned roles, and orphaned app assignments before they become incidents. Support FIDO2/WebAuthn and YubiKey deployment for privileged access across the organization. Endpoint Management & MDM Administer Iru (formerly Kandji) MDM for macOS fleet: device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance baselines, and policy enforcement. Ensure all managed endpo
