At Curai, we believe that access to high-quality healthcare is a fundamental human right, not a privilege. Our mission is to radically transform healthcare by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and clinical expertise to make care more affordable, accessible, and effective for everyone. About the Marketing Coordinator Role This Marketing Coordinator role is Growth's execution engine. You will run day-to-day community management and social operations, turn approved brand and template assets into ad variants without needing a designer, and keep our UGC, motion design and SEO partners on track from brief to delivery. You will be one of the few public voices representing Curai Health online, working inside a strict health-content playbook rather than improvising, and you will be measured by how much production work comes off senior marketers' plates so they can spend their week on strategy instead of execution. What you will own Day-to-day community management: monitoring and responding across our social and community surfaces, escalating anything clinical or complaint-related to the right owner immediately. Social media operations: calendar, scheduling, publishing, basic performance reporting. Outbound creative production: resizing, versioning and assembling ad variants from approved templates and brand assets. Coordinating our UGC, motion design and SEO partners: briefs in, deliverables tracked, feedback consolidated, deadlines held. General marketing utility: asset library hygiene, competitive monitoring, meeting notes that become ac
Sigma has surpassed $200M in overall revenue and is scaling rapidly. We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to sit at the centre of a ~$40M ARR business within Sigma that is doubling year on year. You will work directly alongside our Area VP of Sales - embedded in the business, not observing it from the outside. This is a role built on trust, proximity, and the ability to shape decisions before they get made. Think less ops coordinator, more trusted advisor with a bias for action and a sharp analytical mind. Someone who has outgrown execution and wants to shape strategy. Someone who gets uncomfortable when they are the last to see a problem coming. Someone who would rather design the system than run the report. What you will own The operating rhythm of a high-growth sales organisation - QBRs, planning cycles, leadership offsites, and the cadences that keep a fast-moving team aligned. Annual planning, built from the ground up with sales leadership rather than handed down from on high. You will own the process, the timeline, and the room. Strategic diagnostics - surfacing the leading indicators, structural risks, and pipeline dynamics that tell us where we are headed before the quarter tells us itself. AI-native workflows that eliminate grunt work and free up our talent bench to spend time on decisions, not dashboards. A direct line to senior leadership within the company, with the credibility to challenge as well as advise. You will be expected to have a view, and to defend it. What we are looking for Around a decade of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a Chief of Staff function inside a high-growth B2B SaaS business. ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE: Baseten is looking for a Workplace Coordinator to help run our San Francisco office and create an exceptional experience for everyone who works in or visits the space. You will work alongside our Office Manager and be at the center of the day-to-day operations of our largest and fastest-growing office. Over 200 employees are based in San Francisco today, and we expect that population to more than double over the next year. We are also expanding from one space into two additional nearby buildings, creating a campus-like footprint that regularly hosts visiting employees, candidates, customers, investors, and events. A major focus of this role is making our increasingly complex space work well. You will manage high demand for conference rooms and phone booths, anticipate competing needs, and make thoughtful tradeoffs based on team and business priorities. Like a great EA managing an executive’s calendar, you will constantly look ahead, spot conflicts, and adjust the puzzle. You’ll be part of a growing, highly collaborative team that works together to raise the bar for how we support Baseten. The team shares context, jumps in to support one another, and continuously looks for ways to improve how we operate. As Baseten grows, you’ll have opportunities to take on new challenges and expand your scope. This is an in-person role in San Francisco, expected to be in-office five days per week. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own front
What you'll do Run human-subjects recording sessions end-to-end: participant prep and fitting, sensor configuration and calibration, stimulus delivery, real-time signal monitoring, and session documentation. Own daily system QC for a one-of-a-kind sensing instrument: baseline noise recordings, per-sensor health checks, log review, and escalation of anomalies before they touch a dataset. Own participant operations: recruitment coordination, scheduling, screening, consent, and compliant handling of participant records. Stand up and maintain the operational backbone of the program: SOPs for acquisition, QC, and participant workflows — documentation that survives you. Handle first-pass data operations: file conversion, organization, metadata, and quality review in Python. Partner daily with the program lead to refine acquisition protocols and improve system performance over time. What we're looking for Hands-on experience acquiring physiological or imaging data from human participants in a clinical or research setting Obsessive consistency and attention to detail: you notice when something is off and you don't let it slide. Professional, patient, and calm with research participants — sessions succeed or fail on how people feel in the room. Basic scripting ability (Python and/or shell) for QC and data-handling tasks, or clear aptitude and motivation to build it. High ownership of the unglamorous parts: scheduling, documentation, tidy data hygiene. Discretion — parts of this program are not yet public. We'll walk you through the specifics, including the exact technology you'd be operating, in the first conversation. Useful experience Controlled or low-noise recording environments and highly sensitive instrumentation. Physiological signal-processing tools in Python. Human-subjects research administration (IRB protocols, consent workflows). Research studies involving structured tasks or sensory protocols with human participants.
