This role is for the Platform Architecture Manager and leader of the Platform Workflow and Competitive Analysis team which exists to translate outside-in insights into platform requirements that define winning client PC experiences. Under a single-umbrella of leadership, PWCAs responsibilities are focused on integrating UX research, ecosystem engagement, competitive analysis, UX workflow development, and data collection into a single operating model that improves PXA's ability to make fast, evidence-based architecture and roadmap decisions. PWCA integrates diverse functions and expertise to uncover insights and translate a data-backed vision into actionable recommendations for complex technology and product roadmap decisions.
