Xendit is the financial technology platform built for businesses that move fast. We give companies one unified platform for payment acceptance, payouts, treasury and financial services, replacing fragmented local integrations with a single infrastructure layer. We serve businesses of every size, from high-growth startups to global enterprises, processing high-volume transactions across Southeast Asia and beyond, with more markets on our global expansion roadmap. About the Job Xendit is going from a Southeast Asian payments provider to a global one. Every new market we want to sell in has to exist before it can be sold in: an entity, a licence or a licensed partner, bank accounts, and live rails. This role owns that. You will help decide which markets we enter, build the case that gets them funded, choose whether we build, buy, or partner for the licence, and then run the entry end to end until the market is licensed, funded, connected, and handed over to a country commercial lead. You will do it as a repeatable playbook rather than a one-off project, so the second market is faster than the first and the fifth is faster than the second. The role sits in Financial Partnerships and reports into its leadership, with direct exposure to the CRO and CEO, who sponsor this mandate. It carries no formal authority over the functions it depends on — Legal, Compliance, Risk, Corporate Secretarial, Treasury, Product, Finance — and every timeline you own runs through them. Influence, preparation, and follow-through are the job. We are hiring this role at manager through lead level. We will scope the mandate, the market load, and the title to the person we hire rather than the other way around. Responsibilities Market intelligence: Screen and rank candidate markets on market size, regulatory openness, payment rails, competitive density, and merchant demand. Maintain a live pipeline and a decision-ready entry book per market. Business case and investment decision: Build the cost-to-

We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role The Technical Account Manager (TAM) Leader owns the health, direction, and performance of the Technical Account Management function. Where an individual TAM is the primary technical partner for their own portfolio of accounts, the TAM Leader is accountable for the entire TAM book — every account covered by the team, every partner relationship with a technical dimension, and the people who deliver against them. The TAM Leader is both a player and a coach: they carry direct accountability for coverage decisions, escalation outcomes, and cross-functional alignment, while spending the majority of their time developing the individual TAMs so the team's proactive, relationship-first approach scales without becoming a response channel. Core Responsibilities People Leadership & Team Development The TAM Leader hires, coaches, and grows the TAM team so each member operates as a credible, proactive technical partner to their accounts. This includes: Hiring and onboarding new TAMs, including running them through the TAM Path ramp Running regular 1:1s, setting individual development plans, and giving direct feedback on account plans, QBRs, and escalation handling Building and maintaining repeatable playbooks (upgrade runbooks, optimization playbooks, escalation patterns) so quality doesn't depend on tenure Setting and holding the team to a consistent bar for technical depth, proactivity, and communication Portfolio & Coverage Ownership The TAM Leader owns the coverage model for the entire function — deciding, tracking, and refreshing who is assigned where, and closing gaps as they surface. About the Role The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect (SA) Leader owns the health, direction, and performance of the Solutions Architecture function. Where an individual SA is the technical owner within the sales cycle for their assigned opportunities, the SA Leader is accountable for technical win rate and deal velocity across the entire pre-sales motion — every channel the team supports, and the people who deliver against it. The SA Leader is a player-coach: they carry direct accountability for channel coverage, the most strategic or highest-stakes evaluations, and cross-functional GTM alignment, while spending the majority of their time developing individual SAs so the team's proactive, commercially-sharp approach scales without becoming order-taking. Compensation Note: SA Leader compensation is tied to team-wide ARR bookings — new logo, expansion, and multi-year commitments across every SA's pipeline, not just deals the Leader personally works.
