At Dscout, we’re building the most flexible and powerful UX research platform on the market—trusted by the world’s top brands in finance (JP Morgan Chase, Intuit, Charles Schwab, PayPal), healthcare (Aya, Headspace), consumer goods (Keen, Verizon, Target, Northface), and tech (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Meta, Spotify, AirBnB). Our tools help teams deeply understand the humans behind their products, so they can build better ones. We are expanding our smart and driven team and would love for you to join us. Our Platform: Our mobile apps are Swift and Kotlin. Our frontend is built with React. Our backend uses Elixir and increasingly more and more Python. GenAI has significantly impacted our system architecture, requiring us to adapt and evolve. We are in the midst of a shift from existing products augmented with AI to a full AI-first platform. You Are: A Mobile Principal Software Engineer who will lead our mobile team and evolve it to meet the shifting demand of a full AI-first platform — on a timeline measured in weeks, not quarters. You're deeply hands-on with AI coding agents, and you've used them to ship serious work, not just autocomplete. You're as comfortable architecting a thin mobile client backed by a powerful API as you are dropping into our Python backend (with AI assist) to add what mobile needs. You'll shape our participant experience across mobile with heavy influence on the web too. You're deeply product focused, energized by solving business problems, not just writing code. You ask "why" before "how," and you partner with Product and Design as a peer — shaping problems, not just taking specs. You know when to ship a scrappy prototype to test an assumption versus when to invest in a foundation built to last, and you can explain that call to a PM or designer. You can hold multiple projects in your head at once, spotting where they'll collide, depend on each other, or share a chance for reuse. You bring Principal/Staff-level scope as a product enginee

Autonomous agents now do real work across NVIDIA, and every piece underneath them keeps changing: models, harnesses, tools, skills, and plugins. Evaluation is how a team knows whether a change made an agent better or quietly made it worse. We're looking for a principal engineer to set evaluation strategy at every layer, from individual skills and MCP servers to whole agents and products, and to design how agents use those results to improve themselves. Agents can already rewrite the skills and plugins they run on, then test whether the change helped. Making that loop trustworthy is the hard part. What does it take for an agent to get better on its own, and prove the improvement is real? We're building a system that answers that question for every agent at NVIDIA. Come build it with us! What you'll be doing: Build evaluation that works the same across harnesses, with automated checks on every change that catch regressions before users do. Mine production traces for failures, new usage patterns, missing skills and tools, cost and latency hot spots, and successful runs. Turn them into eval cases and improvement signals. Evaluate the eval datasets themselves: coverage of real usage, duplicate cases, and how closely they match production. Build the self-improvement loop for evolving harnesses: agents propose changes to their own skills, plugins, and harness configuration, and sandboxed evals test each one. Only measurable gains ship, with human sign-off and limits agents can't change. Create realistic enterprise environments: sandboxed replicas of issue trackers, code repositories, chat, and internal APIs, filled with synthetic or anonymized data, where agents safely run long, end-to-end tasks. Measure multi-agent swarms as a team: how agents split work, whether handoffs succeed, and whether permissions hold at every hop. Record how long each task takes and how many token
About Decagon Decagon is the leading conversational AI platform empowering every brand to deliver concierge customer experiences. Our technology enables industry-defining enterprises like Avis Budget Group, Block’s Cash App and Square, Chime, Oura Health, and Hunter Douglas to deploy AI agents that power personalized, deeply satisfying interactions across voice, chat, email, SMS, and every other channel. We’re building a future where customer experiences are being redefined from support tickets and hold music to faster resolutions, richer conversations, and deeper relationships. We’re proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including a16z, Accel, Bain Capital Ventures, Coatue, and Index Ventures, along with many others. We’re an in-office company, driven by a shared commitment to excellence and velocity. Our values — Just Get It Done, Invent What Customers Want, Winner’s Mindset, and The Polymath Principle — shape how we work and grow as a team. About the Team Product Engineering at Decagon builds all aspects of the platform our customers use to create, operate, and improve their AI agents. We turn work that currently requires an engineer into product that a CX team can run themselves. This team is core to how Decagon scales. The frameworks we build support every agent we have in production, each with its own workflows, data, and constraints. We build the agents too, and that’s what keeps the platform honest: a failure mode we debug in production becomes a guardrail, an eval, or a piece of tooling that catches it everywhere. Our agents run for companies like Hertz, American Airlines, and Notion across chat, voice, email, and SMS. About the Role You’ll design and build the systems that let customers configure, train, test, and monitor sophisticated AI agents with confidence. That means strong engineering underneath, and abstractions on top that hold up across different use cases without forking per customer. You’ll work day to day with prod

NVIDIA has transformed computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years through exceptional technology and the people who build it. In semiconductor manufacturing, our role is to enable the ecosystem, not compete within it. We partner with fabs, equipment manufacturers, and software providers to make inspection, metrology, and manufacturing intelligence dramatically faster on the NVIDIA platform. Our team builds the software that makes this possible: models, adaptation and evaluation workflows, and deployable inference capabilities that partners integrate into their own tools. We work in environments where labeled data is limited and proprietary, distributions shift across tools and fabs, production budgets are tight, and software must operate inside air-gapped facilities. We’re seeking a Principal Systems Software Engineer for Semiconductor Inspection in Santa Clara. This is a hands-on architect role: you will define the approach, build it, evaluate it, and demonstrate the results. You will work across computer vision, time-series modeling, multimodal AI, anomaly detection, model adaptation, evaluation, and production inference. Success means technology that a fab or equipment vendor can integrate, operate, and trust—not only a successful internal demonstration. What you’ll be doing: Define and prototype AI system architectures spanning optical and e-beam inspection, wafer and mask inspection, metrology, defect review, equipment signals, and process data. Advance world foundation model capabilities for semiconductor manufacturing, including vision, time-series and multimodal representation learning, model adaptation, domain transfer, and data-scarce defect understanding. Develop workflows for defect detection, classification, localization, segmentation, nuisance filtering, ADC, AD
