About Mixpanel Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com . About the Team The Customer Value Architects team sits inside the revenue organization and owns the connection between what customers buy and what they actually get out of Mixpanel. We turn product usage into measurable business outcomes, working across onboarding, adoption, and renewal to make sure customers see the value they signed up for. About the Role The right candidate is a relationship-first advisor who connects a customer's Mixpanel investment to real outcomes for a defined book of accounts. You'll own the adoption and value plan for each account end to end: understanding why the customer bought Mixpanel, tracking whether they're getting the ROI they expected, and driving the enablement and product usage that gets them there. You'll build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders, partner closely with your Account Executive and renewal counterparts, and bring a growing point of view on how customers should think about AI in their product workflows. This role suits someone who can own a project end to end and is ready to start extending their influence beyond their own accounts to the wider team. Responsibilities Own the value plan for each account in your portfolio, connecting the business problem that led the customer to buy Mixpanel with the outcomes they measure. Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, aligning Mixpanel's capabilities to what customers care about most. Run discovery on customer priorities and pain points, and turn what you learn into concrete adoption plans and internal updates. Partner with your Account Executive on expansion and y

By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com . About the Role Not a technical role, despite 'architect' in the title, this is relationship and strategy work, not engineering. Customer success, account management, or consulting backgrounds are a better fit than technical ones. The right candidate is a relationship-first advisor who thrives on connecting customers' Mixpanel investment to real business outcomes. You'll be the consultative owner of adoption, value, and AI maturity across a named portfolio of high-value accounts, engaged from onboarding through the full contract lifecycle. You are accountable for the outcome, not the commercial relationship owning the value case and the adoption plan behind it. You will build the executive relationships and strategic plans that make Mixpanel indispensable to how your customers build products. Responsibilities Connect mixpanel to customer value Own our value workstream with customers - understanding the business challenges that led them to buy Mixpanel, how they measure the ROI of their investment, and ensuring that they achieve that ROI by working across the customers’ teams and collaborating internally with other Mixpanel teams. Build and own relationships across business and technical stakeholders, including executive sponsors, aligning Mixpanel's capabilities to customers' highest-priority goals. Develop and execute success plans that map customer business objectives to adoption milestones and measurable outcomes. Perform ongoing discovery of the customer’s business priorities, internal toolset, and ongoing business pain – synthesize this information into actions that feed your success plans and share
