About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role We're looking for a Software Engineer to join the team building Claude Security. In this role, you'll take new security capabilities in frontier models and turn them into products that customers can rely on, working across the full stack from early prototype through production. This role sits close to both research and go-to-market. You'll work with researchers on the team to understand what the models can do and where they fall short, and with customers and partners to understand which problems are worth solving for them. You'll be expected to form your own view from both and to own significant pieces of the roadmap, including deciding what not to pursue. The right candidate is a strong generalist engineer with the technical depth to engage with research, the product instincts to know what's worth building, and the drive to move fast. Prior security experience is useful but not required; range across the stack and good judgment about what to build matter more. Responsibilities Build and ship user-facing and/or backend features for Claude Security Build the agent loops, tool integrations, and enabling infrastructure for cybersecurity products Collaborate tightly with product managers and go-to-market to understand user needs, shape feature scope, and make informed tradeoffs as you build Iterate quickly based on user feedback and internal testing, improving the experience on a continuous basis Collaborate with research teams to identify and develop new model capabilities for security applications You may be a good fit if you: Contribute across the stack, from front-end UI to back-end infrastructure Are proficient in Type

Scale has been the leading AI data foundry, helping fuel the most exciting advancements in AI, including frontier model training, enterprise adoption, defense applications, and autonomous vehicles. Our mission is to develop reliable AI systems for the world's most important decisions We're looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to build and own Scale's Cybersecurity portfolio — the data, environments, and evaluations frontier labs use to train and measure security capability in their models. This is a build role: you will define the strategy and standards for a product line that does not exist yet. Security is where the hardest problems in agentic AI now sit. An agent that can find a vulnerability, prove it reproduces, and patch it without breaking the system is doing work that takes a skilled human days. Measuring that honestly requires reproducible execution environments at scale and practitioners who have actually done the work. Scale has the first, proven across SWE-Bench Pro, SWE Atlas, and our contributions to the Terminal-Bench lineage. You will build the second. You Will Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale's Cybersecurity portfolio across training data, RL environments, agentic task suites, and evaluation products — and stand the product line up end to end, from task taxonomy and sourcing through pricing and first external release. Define the capability map we train and measure against: vulnerability discovery, proof-of-concept reproduction, patch generation and regression safety, secure code review, supply-chain analysis, malware and binary analysis, detection engineering, and incident triage. Make the strategic call on where Scale competes across the offense–defense spectrum — which capabilities we build training data for, which we only measure, and which we decline. Partner with ML researchers and security practitioners on task specifications, grader design, and verifiable rewards, holding to execution-grounded verification wherever possible: a task c

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role We're looking for a Capabilities Researcher to join the team building Claude Security. In this role, you'll identify which security capabilities in frontier models are ready to build on, measure how well they perform, and work out how to make them useful to customers who are not security experts. Frontier models have become substantially more capable at security work over recent generations, and they continue to improve with each release. That progress creates a set of practical questions: which capabilities are reliable enough to depend on, how they perform in realistic conditions, how they behave when an adversary is involved, and where their limits are. You'll be responsible for answering those questions through fast prototyping and rigorous evaluation, and your findings will shape what the team decides to build. You'll also work on making those capabilities usable. Together with engineers on the team, you'll design the scaffolding, tooling, and defaults that let a strong model capability do useful work for a non-expert, and you'll stay involved as it becomes a product. This is a research role on a product team, with a broad charge and real latitude in what you investigate. Responsibilities Prototype rapidly to find define the AI frontier for cybersecurity work Design evaluations that measure model performance on the work security teams actually do Build the datasets, harnesses, and scoring those evaluations depend on Engage with the cybersecurity com
