About Us: Future is building a personalized guidance system for lifelong health. We help people understand what to do next for their body, goals, and stage of life — then support them in turning those decisions into sustained behavior change. By combining AI, human expertise, personal health data, and accountability, Future helps members improve performance today while building the resilience, capacity, and healthspan they need for decades to come. About the Role: We’re hiring a Full-Stack Growth Engineer to build and maintain the product and systems that help more of the right people discover Future, convert into members, and reach their first moments of value. You’ll work across web and backend surfaces that power acquisition, signup and access, onboarding and activation, and early engagement. You’ll ship experiments end to end, instrument funnels carefully, and partner closely with product, design, data, and marketing on a small, senior team. This is a hands-on role. You’ll move between product judgment and system design, write production code, run trustworthy experiments, and turn learnings into durable product improvements — not one-off hacks. What You’ll Own: Acquisition and Conversion: Build and improve the web and product surfaces that introduce Future to prospective members and turn interest into signup. These include landing experiences, checkout and plan selection flows, and the instrumentation that shows where people drop off. Access and Onboarding: Simplify signup, login, account creation, and first-session activation. Remove friction, clarify value on Day 1, and help new members connect with coaching and get started quickly. Experimentation Systems: Design, ship, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across the funnel. Partner with data to define metrics, guardrails, and experiment hygiene so we learn fast without polluting the product. On-site | Vancouver Office – 564 Beatty St About EviSmart EviSmart builds the automation layer that dental laboratories run on. A dental lab is a manufacturing operation. A case arrives from a dentist — a 3D scan of a patient's mouth and a prescription — and leaves as a crown, bridge, denture or night guard. In between sit a dozen manual steps: monitoring scanner portals, retyping cases into lab software, checking scan quality, interpreting handwritten prescriptions, designing the restoration. We automate that pipeline. Our software connects to 15 intraoral scanner portals and more than five lab management systems, pulls cases the moment they arrive, reads the prescription, maps it into the lab's own product catalogue, checks the scan, and routes it to design. We serve roughly 6,000 customers across 28 countries from offices in Vancouver, Manila, Seoul and Shenzhen. The automation works. It does not yet work well enough, consistently enough, to run unattended — and closing that gap is the highest-leverage technical problem in the company. What you'll do Establish measurement. Build per-model, per-customer, per-category accuracy reporting that Product and Sales can act on. Nothing else you do matters until this exists. Build the correction flywheel. Capture the quality-control corrections our customers already make, turn them into structured, versioned training data, and close the loop with human review where confidence is low. Standardize the squads. One deployment path, one evaluation harness, one model and dataset registry across restoration design, scan quality, prescription extraction and agents. Solve multi-tenant model behaviour. Thousands of customer-specific product codes, prescription conventions and unwritten preferences sitting over a shared model base — without building a bespoke model per customer. Take inference to production scale. Move workloads from on-premise to cloud with understood cost per inference and real concurrency headroom. •

Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. The Agent Gateway Team The Agent Gateway team owns the identity-aware infrastructure that connects enterprise AI agents to the tools, data, and services their organizations authorize. Every call from Claude, Agentforce, Codex, and internal/homegrown agents to a resource flows through us. We enforce authorization, isolate credentials, mint the right token per target, and produce the audit trails that security teams rely on. We are early in a rapidly evolving space. The standards for agent identity (MCP, OAuth token exchange, DCR) are being built under our feet. Our roadmap includes hardening the data plane for on-premises customer deployments, extending policy semantics beyond tool-level allowlists, adding native support for Agent-to-Agent brokered delegation, and scaling to tenants with thousands of virtual MCP servers. The Senior Software Engineer Opportunity Okta is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the Agent Gateway. You will own features and components across the data and control planes, turning technical designs and product requirements into reliable production systems. Working alongside staff engineers, you will implement token exchange, request routing, credential resolution, and policy evaluation as agent identity specifications evolve. This is a hands-on software development role at the intersection of product, security, and infrastructure. You will ship services that handle agentic traffic reliably and performantly at scale. Wha
