About the Role We're looking for a Software Engineer to build the systems that treat infrastructure as software. This role owns the software state machines that provision hardware, bring it into service, and manage its full lifecycle — turning racks of GPUs into running inference clusters without a human touching a runbook. The Research and Inference team is your customer: today they file tickets and wait; the target state is that they issue a single API call to stand up, scale, or tear down a cluster, and the system takes care of the rest. The platform is manifest-driven such that teams declare the desired state of a cluster or host — shape, topology, software stack — and the system is responsible for reconciling reality to that manifest, continuously, through every stage of its lifecycle. You will design the engines that manifest the schema, the engines that execute against it, and the workflows that carry a piece of hardware or a cluster from one state to the next—taking it from bare metal to a fully functioning AI cluster for training or inference. You'll write production code which is typed, tested, versioned, and deployed through CI/CD that models infrastructure state and reconciles it, the same way a Kubernetes controller reconciles a cluster's desired state. Success looks like eliminating manual provisioning work, not documenting it better. A product mindset - you've built internal platforms or APIs consumed by other engineering teams and care about the developer expe

Staff Engineer - Observability As a Staff Engineer in the Observability domain, you will act as the technical North Star driving the long-term evolution of our global telemetry and monitoring ecosystem. Our platform is at a pivotal turning point: we are transitioning from a traditional observability platform toward an intelligent, proactive companion that leverages automation to drastically reduce cognitive load and incident resolution times. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our high-scale telemetry infrastructure (managing thousands of hybrid bare-metal and Kubernetes environments),our developer-facing software pipelines (processing billions of daily events), and observability experience in alerting and visualization. You will play a defining role in shaping and executing our strategic roadmap focused on Intelligent Obser

About the Role Together AI runs one of the largest GPU fleets in the world. The Infra Agent Systems team builds the software systems that power and automate that infrastructure. We develop production AI agents that diagnose hardware failures, investigate incidents, correlate signals across the fleet, and automate operational workflows. Alongside these agents, we build the platform they run on, including knowledge graphs, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, and developer tooling. You’ll work across two areas: Infrastructure Agent Systems — Build production AI agents that help operate our GPU fleet by diagnosing failures, investigating incidents, gathering evidence from live systems, and assisting with remediation. These agents are used every day by our infrastructure and datacenter teams through APIs, CLI, dashboards, and Slack. Core Agent Platform — Build the platform that powers these agents, including knowledge graphs, search and retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and the tooling that enables agents to reason, act, and continuously improve. We’re working on something that hasn’t really been done before: building knowledge graphs and self-improving AI agents that understand, operate, and continuously improve large-scale AI infrastructure. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI agents, distributed systems, infrastructure, and automation , solving challenging engineering problems with real production impact. There’s an enormous amount to build, le

At Graviton, we don't believe the best trading strategies come from following established playbooks. They come from asking better questions. Why does a pattern exist? What is driving it? Is it real or just noise? Can it be explained, modelled and turned into an edge? As a Quantitative Researcher, you'll work on those questions every day. You'll investigate market behaviour, develop quantitative models, build and test hypotheses and turn insights into trading strategies, working alongside researchers and technologists in an environment where an idea on a whiteboard can reach live trading quickly. This isn't a role where the answers are in a textbook. The problems are open-ended, the data is enormous, and finding the answers is the job. Ideal candidates are rigorous thinkers who genuinely enjoy mathematics, programming and figuring out things that aren't obvious, based in our Singapore, London, Amsterdam or US offices. What You'll Work On You'll work across quantitative research and systematic trading, taking ideas through the full lifecycle: question, hypothesis, experiment, model, validation, strategy, production. Depending on your team and research interests, your work would include: Discovering predictive patterns and sources of alpha from billions of market events Formulating hypotheses about market behaviour and designing experiments to test them Applying probability, statistics, optimization and machine learning to build predictive models and quantitative signals for sys
