Most reps sell software. You sell a better way to run a business. On-site | Vancouver Office – 564 Beatty St. The Problem We're Solving Dental labs are running complex operations on manual processes — and the cost shows up in capacity, margins, and the inability to scale without hiring. EviSmart is building the AI-powered workflow automation platform that changes that equation. What the company needs now is the person who can walk into a lab owner's world, diagnose the real problem, and close the deal that transforms how they operate. Why EviSmart 300 people. Two hubs: Vancouver HQ and Manila operations. 145% year-over-year SaaS growth — the market is responding. 28 countries. One platform. The dental industry's Autopilot. An in-house AI model research and development team building proprietary intelligence. Why This Role, Right Now Most sales roles hand you a pitch deck and a quota. This one asks you to think differently. EviSmart isn't selling software features — it's selling a new operating model for an industry that has never had one. The labs buying this platform aren't switching tools; they're eliminating entire categories of manual work. The successful AE are diagnosing bottlenecks, quantifying impact, and building the business case that makes the decision obvious. The pipeline is real, the product is proven, and the ceiling on what you can earn is uncapped. A Note from the Team "We're not hiring someone who needs a script to start a conversation. We need someone who walks into a discovery call with genuine curiosity about how a lab operates — and leaves having shown the owner something they couldn't see before. That's the rep who wins here." — Paolo Kalaw, CEO, EviSmart What You’ll Own Own the full sales cycle from first discovery call to signed contract — intake, diagnosis, solution, close. Diagnose workflow breakdowns across lab operations: where manual work creates bottlenecks, where throughput is lost, and w

Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale. Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same. The Role Join the Square Account Management team and help our merchants grow their business! The Account Management team helps merchants get the most out of Square through product education, business advice and introducing new features. Our team is hiring one SMB Account Manager - West Coast Remote who are passionate about helping business owners succeed. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships and finding creative ways to make Square products work for a complex array of customers. You will identify ways to expand collaboration with customers and act as an internal advocate for decision makers in your book of business. Establish the single source of truth for customer data. Then use it to get every customer to value, fast. On-site | Vancouver Office – 564 Beatty St The Problem We're Solving EviSmart™ has grown fast — data now lives in more places than it used to: the backend that runs the business, the CRM where sales and customer success work, and the data every lab brings with them when they join the platform. Reporting takes more cross-checking than it should, and the data-mapping step in lab onboarding — simple in concept but exacting in practice. This role exists to close that gap: one person who owns making EviSmart's customer data a single source of truth. Why EviSmart 300 people. Two hubs: Vancouver HQ and Manila operations. 145% year-over-year SaaS growth — the market is responding. 28 countries. One platform. The dental industry's Autopilot. An in-house AI model research and development team building proprietary intelligence. Why This Role, Right Now Sales, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams need to open one system and trust what they see — today they can't. And as the platform scales, onboarding has to become a repeatable machine instead of a per-customer rescue effort. These aren't future problems; they're live ones. The first months of this role are deliberately concrete: specific systems, specific deliverables, measured outcomes. But the mandate behind them is bigger — every system the platform adds and every AI capability the company builds will sit on the customer data foundation this person establishes. What You'll Own Own — Reconciliation of customer data across systems: pull a clean customer list from the backend into the CRM — no duplicates, no ghost accounts — audit what's already in HubSpot (call logs, deal history, contacts), and make the call on what stays, what gets cleaned, and what gets automated. Build — A live two-way integration between HubSpot and the backend: data flows automatically, actions trigger fro

On-site | Vancouver Office – 564 Beatty St About EviSmart EviSmart builds the automation layer that dental laboratories run on. A dental lab is a manufacturing operation. A case arrives from a dentist — a 3D scan of a patient's mouth and a prescription — and leaves as a crown, bridge, denture or night guard. In between sit a dozen manual steps: monitoring scanner portals, retyping cases into lab software, checking scan quality, interpreting handwritten prescriptions, designing the restoration. We automate that pipeline. Our software connects to 15 intraoral scanner portals and more than five lab management systems, pulls cases the moment they arrive, reads the prescription, maps it into the lab's own product catalogue, checks the scan, and routes it to design. We serve roughly 6,000 customers across 28 countries from offices in Vancouver, Manila, Seoul and Shenzhen. The automation works. It does not yet work well enough, consistently enough, to run unattended — and closing that gap is the highest-leverage technical problem in the company. What you'll do Establish measurement. Build per-model, per-customer, per-category accuracy reporting that Product and Sales can act on. Nothing else you do matters until this exists. Build the correction flywheel. Capture the quality-control corrections our customers already make, turn them into structured, versioned training data, and close the loop with human review where confidence is low. Standardize the squads. One deployment path, one evaluation harness, one model and dataset registry across restoration design, scan quality, prescription extraction and agents. Solve multi-tenant model behaviour. Thousands of customer-specific product codes, prescription conventions and unwritten preferences sitting over a shared model base — without building a bespoke model per customer. Take inference to production scale. Move workloads from on-premise to cloud with understood cost per inference and real concurrency headroom. •
