About the team MongoDB Technical Services Engineers will combine exceptional problem solving and communication skills with deep technical experience to advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems. They are experts in components of the MongoDB ecosystem - database server, drivers, our management suite, and services such as Cloud Manager (the online product we developed for customers for automation, backup, monitoring, and analysis of their MongoDB systems), and MongoDB Atlas. They combine their MongoDB expertise with passion, initiative, teamwork and a great sense of humor to achieve exceptional results for our customers. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Milan for our hybrid working model (Tues-Sat Shift). Cool things you’ll do MongoDB is on a mission to change the way people think about databases. Along the way, our customers encounter questions and issues about how our approach to databases works for their use case. In Technical Services, it's our job to help these people. You'll be working alongside our largest customers, solving their complex challenges - resolving questions on architecture, performance, recovery, security, and everything in between. You'll be an expert resource on best practices in running MongoDB at scale, whatever that scale may be. You'll be an advocate for customers' needs - interfacing with our product management and development teams on their behalf. And you'll contribute to internal projects, including software development of support tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics. In this specific role, starting from the MongoDB database, you will also focus on the performance of our Cloud platform Atlas and its supported services. You will help both frontend and backend developers build next generation applications on MongoDB platform. Finally, MongoDB Technical Services puts a strong focus on engineers enabling their peers to be successful by sharing newly gained technical knowledge with the tea

About Scale Scale builds AI systems for decisions that matter. We started out providing the data and evaluation behind many of the world's leading models, and we still work with the major frontier labs on research and post-training. Today we also build full applications: we take an organisation's own data and expertise, forward deploy alongside their teams, and build the systems they come to rely on, powered by the Scale GenAI Platform. The Role Defence is under pressure to adopt AI at pace. The 2025 Strategic Defence Review and the Defence AI Strategy push for AI to move from experiment to operational capability, Defence Digital and UK Strategic Command are driving digital and data programmes across the department, and the enabling organisations are being asked to field reliable systems, not pilots. Scale wants to play a foundational role in building the dependable AI applications that shift depends on. We're looking for someone to lead that work across UK defence and the national security community. You'd own our commercial relationships across the Ministry of Defence and its enabling organisations - Defence Digital, UK Strategic Command, DE&S, and Dstl - and the broader defence and security customer base. This is a critical role reporting directly to the new Public Sector leader. You'd carry a number, win deals yourself, and build a small team behind you as the work grows. It suits someone who has sold into defence before and knows how it actually makes decisions, not just how the org charts look. What you'll do Own our commercial plan and pipeline for UK defence and security Find, shape, and close deals yourself, from the first conversation through to contract and into delivery Use the relationships you already have across the MOD, Defence Digital, UK Strategic Command, DE&S, Dstl, and the security and intelligence community Work the defence routes to market, and know which are worth the effort and which aren't (the Defence Sourcing Portal, DASA, JOSCAR

The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) is a US government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services. Our FedRAMP program requires that anyone who is accessing customer data or metadata inside the Authorization Boundary be a US Citizen on US Soil. In order for us to triage and assign cases, it is necessary to be able to identify available resources at any given time. For this reason the FedRamp team is composed of three separate shifts: first shift, second shift, and third shift. At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta for Government (V4G) is how we bring that mission to the public sector. As federal compliance undergoes its biggest shift in a decade — FedRAMP 20x, machine-readable authorization, OSCAL — we're building the platform that turns federal frameworks into automated, continuously monitored product experiences. The GRC Subject Matter Experts on this team are the people who make that possible. As Vanta's GRC Subject Matter Expert for V4G , you'll own federal compliance content used by every customer pursuing or maintaining federal authorization on our platform. This is an interpretation-and-authoring role, not a compliance program administration role: your job is to interpret underlying control requirements, identify where FedRAMP modifies or constrains the NIST framework, and translate those interpretations into precise, technically testable guidance that engineering can build and customers can act on. The content you write ships as product — a five-person startup and a Fortune 100 CSP both receive it — so calibrating depth, precision, and universality is the core craft. You'll join Vanta's Security organization, which directly influences product development, facilitates the creation of automated GRC solutions for customers, and provides expert advisory services across the company. What you’ll do as a V4G GRC SME at Vanta: Build and own federal compliance frameworks — Lead the creation, enhancement, and lifecycle management of controls, evidence requirements, and implementation guidance for FedRAMP (Low/Moderate/High), NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, and StateRAMP. Author clear control rationales, acceptance crite

We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's Corporate Engineering team is the infrastructure layer that keeps 1,500+ people connected, secure, and moving fast. This role leads the shift from a reactive support function to a platform function the whole company relies on. Corporate Engineering owns the systems, tooling, and access infrastructure Vanta runs on. From identity and device management to AI tooling infrastructure and ITSM, CE makes sure Vanta's people have the right access, the right tools, and the right guardrails on day one and every day after. CE is at an inflection point. The company has scaled quickly, AI tooling is live company-wide, and the team is ready for a leader who sets technical direction, establishes clear ownership, and builds the leadership layer beneath them. As Sr. Manager, Systems Engineering, you will lead a team of experienced engineers, own several of the company's highest-priority platform initiatives, and make CE a function the rest of Vanta builds on rather than routes around. What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Systems Engineering at Vanta: Lead, coach, and grow a team of systems engineers and a tech lead. Set clear expectations, hold a high bar, and develop the people who build Vanta's most critical internal systems. Own joiner, mover, and leaver automation end to end in Okta Workflows, so access is correct on day one, follows people through role changes, and closes completely on departure, including API keys and service credentials. Build and own device assurance across macOS and Windows, defining OS, browser, and device-state policy ahead of enforcement rather than in response to it. Rationalize the ITSM estate so self-servi

As we continue to evolve our security platform, we're embracing AI and automation to help our teams move faster, uncover threats more effectively, and scale our defenses against increasingly sophisticated adversaries.
