Apply to be the newest Snorkeler! Job Description We're seeking a Senior IT Platform & Automation Engineer who treats internal infrastructure like a product—not a firefighting exercise. This is not a traditional helpdesk or "break-fix" role. You'll be the architect behind our internal employee experience, acting as the connective tissue between our office network, collaboration services, security stack, and core business systems (People Tech, CRM, and Engineering tools). If you prefer writing Python scripts over manually resetting passwords, and if you get excited about connecting Claude AI to Greenhouse via custom Slack workflows, we want to talk to you. This role is NOT: A traditional helpdesk position. You won't be resetting passwords or shipping laptops. A pure networking role. You'll touch networks, but automation is the priority. A machine learning engineer role. You'll experiment with AI, but you won't build vector databases or train models. About the Role We're looking for a Software Engineer to build the systems that treat infrastructure as software. This role owns the software state machines that provision hardware, bring it into service, and manage its full lifecycle — turning racks of GPUs into running inference clusters without a human touching a runbook. The Research and Inference team is your customer: today they file tickets and wait; the target state is that they issue a single API call to stand up, scale, or tear down a cluster, and the system takes care of the rest. The platform is manifest-driven such that teams declare the desired state of a cluster or host — shape, topology, software stack — and the system is responsible for reconciling reality to that manifest, continuously, through every stage of its lifecycle. You will design the engines that manifest the schema, the engines that execute against it, and the workflows that carry a piece of hardware or a cluster from one state to the next—taking it from bare metal to a fully functioning AI cluster for training or inference. You'll write production code which is typed, tested, versioned, and deployed through CI/CD that models infrastructure state and reconciles it, the same way a Kubernetes controller reconciles a cluster's desired state. Success looks like eliminating manual provisioning work, not documenting it better. A product mindset - you've built internal platforms or APIs consumed by other engineering teams and care about the developer experience of what you ship. You build it, you own it. You are not only responsible for delivering the software but also for operating and supporting it in production. Responsibilities Build the provisioning state machine: design and implement the software that models the full lifecycle of a physical host from discovery, inference bring-up to GPU driver/CUDA stack, health validation, and decommission/RMA — as explicit, versioned states and transitions. Build the self-service API: design declarative
Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all . Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. The Heterogeneous Integration Group (HIG) sits within the Technology and Products Group (TPG). We are developing High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) solutions for AI and ML applications! We stack multiple DRAM chips on a high-speed memory controller using TSV (Through Silicon Via) technology, dramatically increasing memory density and bandwidth. Our designs span custom digital and RTL2GDS flows, and we are targeting the lowest power per bit in the industry. Micron’s High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Design Verification team is responsible for ensuring the functionality, performance, and quality of next‑generation memory products that enable advanced computing applications. As a Senior Design Verification Engineer, you will collaborate closely with design, architecture, and product engineering teams to verify complex, high‑density DRAM circuits and deliver robust, production‑ready designs. This role combines deep technical verification expertise with cross‑functional collaboration in a global environment. You will be challenged by the complexity and difficulty of verifying high density memory chips (up to 32Gb) with huge scale of circuit capability (over 4M transistors), ultra-high speed designs, sophisticated functionality which includes next Generation DDR/LPDDR (ex: DDR5, LPDDR5) and advanced low power and power management technologies. You will be responsible to evaluate the functionality and performance of the Full-chip and block-level circuit designs using different verification tools, techniques, and strategies. In addition, you will also n
What you'll do We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer for Midjourney Medical — from precision electromechanical assemblies up to the large-scale structures and mechanisms that hold everything together and make it move. This role spans the full range of scale: one week you might be refining a compact transducer mount, the next you're architecting a structural frame or designing the motion system that positions hardware within it. This is a hands-on role on a small cross-functional team. You'll take problems from whiteboard sketch to working hardware yourself — designing in CAD, prototyping in the shop, testing, iterating, and integrating with research teams, electrical and software engineers along the way. We move fast and expect you to drive your own work: identifying what needs to happen next, making sound engineering calls without waiting for permission, and shipping hardware that works. Own parts of the mechanical systems end to end — structures, mechanisms, and electromechanical integration Design large-scale structures: frames, weldments, enclosures, and support systems, with attention to stiffness, weight, manufacturability, and serviceability Design mechanisms: linkages, motion stages, actuation systems for precise, reliable positioning and articulation Integrate transducers, electronics, cabling, and thermal management into large physical systems Perform engineering analysis (tolerance stack-ups, structural/FEA, mechanism kinematics) to de-risk designs before committing to hardware Build and test relentlessly — 3D printing, rapid prototyping, and hands-on fabrication are core to how you'll validate designs Select parts and materials for system-level integration, balancing performance, cost, and lead time Drive projects independently from concept through validation, and collaborate closely with a small cross-disciplinary team to hit project goals What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 5+ years of experien

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join: The Host Pricing & Settings team builds the platform and tools that help hosts run their business — with pricing strategies informed by market intelligence, comparable listings, and demand signals. We partner with Search, Listings, Tax, and Payments to ensure our guidance is accurate, timely, and trusted. Behind every pricing recommendation is a sophisticated ML system undergoing a fundamental rearchitecture. Our north star: a serving infrastructure where training, inference, and evaluation are consistent by design — features from a centralized store, model composition in one place, and backfills available on demand so data scientists and MLEs can evaluate candidates in days, not weeks. The Difference You Will Make: As a senior technical individual contributor, you will own the technical strategy for the full Modeling → ML Serving → API interface across the Host Pricing org. Although you will be at one of our highest levels of seniority, all individual contributors at Airbnb are Software Engineers — you are expected to be hands-on and contribute code. Define the architecture and contracts governing how models move from development to production — feature store design, model schema management, online/offline inference consistency, and multi-version support. Lead the buildout of a unified serving stack that eliminates per-model one-off implementations and gives data scientists a turnkey path from training to production. Architect backfill and evaluation infrastructure so the modeling team can simulate production inference over historical data in days, not weeks. Establish do
