Job & Department Summary Showpad’s Revenue Operations team owns the systems, data, and operating processes that allow the go-to-market organization to sell, service, and grow revenue. The team spans five disciplines — GTM Systems, Deal Desk, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, and GTM Strategy — across North America, EMEA, and India. The GTM Project Manager exists to make that team deliver predictably. Today, Revenue Operations runs a large and highly interdependent portfolio, and the senior specialists who should be solving commercial and technical problems are instead managing their own project logistics: chasing stakeholders, scheduling follow-ups, keeping tickets current, and reporting status. This role takes that work off them and does it better. The role is based in Pune and reports to the Director, GTM Strategy. It supports the entire Revenue Operations team rather than any single function, and it is deliberately positioned as a delivery role, not an administrative one. The person in this seat is expected to hold senior stakeholders to commitments, surface risk before a date slips rather than after, and own a subset of projects end to end. How the role splits Approximately 25% of the role is ownership of the Revenue Operations backlog in Jira: data accuracy, delivery governance, reporting, cadence, and direct management of selected projects. The remaining 75% is embedded delivery support across Deal Desk, Business Intelligence, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, and GTM Strategy — driving the cross-functional projects those functions depend on, and unblocking the dependencies between them. Why this role matters Revenue Operations sits upstream of the company’s ability to quote, book, forecast, renew, and report. When a Revenue Operations project slips, a sales team loses visibility, a renewal notification does not send, or an executive forecast is built on incomplete data. This role is the difference between a capable team and a team that reliably lands

This is a foundational treasury role suited to someone early in their treasury or banking operations career who wants exposure to a fast-growing, multi-entity, multi-currency environment. Key Responsibilities Process regular weekly and emergency/ad hoc bill payments for all APAC entities via host-to-host (~80% of volume) and manual bank portal execution (~20%). For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. Smartsheet maintains certifications and attestations across SOC 2 Type II, the ISO 27001/27017/27701/22301 suite, HIPAA, and other commercial compliance frameworks—and the manual work of proving those controls quarter after quarter doesn't scale with the business. We're looking for a Sr. Security Engineer I to bring an engineering mindset to our commercial GRC program: automating control monitoring, building evidence pipelines, and reducing the audit-season scramble into a default state of readiness. You'll work hands-on with our GRC platform, cloud, and identity tooling to make control evidence collect itself wherever possible, and you'll partner closely with engineering teams to translate compliance requirements into technical control logic they can actually build against. This is a builder's role within GRC—less checklist administration, more systems thinking applied to compliance. Our approach is grounded in GRC Engineering principles: automate early and often, treat controls and their mappings as code, favor continuous assurance over periodic checks, and build compliance that engineers can consume as easily as they contribute to it. This role reports to the Senior Director, GRC Engineering and can be based in our Bellevue, WA office or remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer. You Will: Own control automation for SOC 2, ISO 27001/27017/27701, HIPAA, and related commercial frameworks: design and build automated evidence collection and continuous control monitoring across cloud, ident
