The Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining a self-service internal development platform that enables MongoDB engineering teams to reliably deploy and operate their own production services and products. We work with numerous engineering teams across the company to understand their infrastructure requirements and development workflows, develop broadly applicable self-service platform services and tooling, continuously monitor how platform services are being utilized, and look for ways to improve developer productivity through automation and education. We are big open source enthusiasts and use a number of open source tools in our stack (contributing upstream whenever possible). Some of the tools we use regularly include Go, AWS, Kubernetes, Crossplane, Terraform, Helm, Drone, Prometheus, and Grafana. However, technology is nothing without a stellar team of engineers that are focused on doing high quality work and working as a team to solve complex distributed computing and platform engineering problems. This is where you come in! We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model. Our ideal candidate Has built and operated large-scale distributed systems in cloud providers (AWS strongly preferred) Has a strong backend programming background. Fluency in Go is strongly preferred; deep experience with another compiled or strongly-typed backend language is acceptable Has experience working with AI coding agents and can demonstrate building high quality context to yield high quality outputs Has experience designing and implementing medium-to-large software projects, including driving design reviews and mentoring less-senior engineers Pragmatic, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and understands the benefits of collaboration Strong experience operating production Kubernetes clusters, not just deployed to it Has practical experience defining and operating against SLI/SLOs for services they owned Str
About Us At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale. With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world. Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater. About the team SmithDB is LangChain's internal database team. We're building a storage and query layer purpose-built for AI observability and evaluation. Within six months we went from idea to a production system that offers industry leading performance and scalability for agent observability data. We're a small, fast team of systems engineers tackling genuinely hard problems: storage layout, query execution, compaction, and scaling toward trillions of agent traces. We develop in Rust, run on Kubernetes, and integrate tightly with S3/GCS/Azure Blob. There are no legacy constraints; this is a greenfield system with real production load and ambitious engineering goals. About th
About Us: Samara Aerospace is revolutionizing satellite design by addressing the challenges of deploying and managing large satellite constellations. Our innovative Hummingbird spacecraft bus offers a modular and scalable platform that streamlines satellite production and deployment, significantly reducing launch costs. Hummingbird's compact architecture maximizes launch capacity, making it the most efficient and agile spacecraft in the industry. At the core of our technology is the patented Multifunctional Structures for Attitude Control (MSAC) system. Unlike traditional wheel-based pointing control systems, MSAC utilizes actuators embedded in the hinges of deployable solar panels to provide 3-axis attitude control and active jitter cancellation. This design eliminates the need for spinning wheels, reducing mass and potential points of failure, while enhancing pointing precision. Role: Samara Aerospace is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of RF systems development—from requirements definition and architectural trade studies through design, fabrication, test, and qualification. You will collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical, thermal, software, and systems engineering teams to develop high-performance RF solutions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities: Lead architectural R&D efforts for new RF communications and payload subsystems by conducting trade studies and establishing requirements Develop and maintain RF system models and simulations, perform end-to-end link budget analysis, noise and linearity cascades, and interference/co-existence assessments to validate system performance margins across operating conditions. Drive the full hardware development cycle from bench prototype through design validation and qualification testing. Defining test plans, executing characterization campaigns, and documenting results to demonstrate compliance with

Karya is building the data infrastructure for the next generation of AI. We work across languages and real-world contexts to create high-quality datasets and evaluations, while creating meaningful digital work for underserved communities. We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to take ownership of important parts of our platform and help shape the next generation of Karya’s engineering infrastructure. This is a role for someone who enjoys being given a difficult problem and figuring out how to solve it. You’ll work closely with the Head of Engineering and have significant autonomy over the systems you own, from architecture and implementation through production and iteration. What You'll Do Much of the infrastructure we build has constraints that are uncommon in conventional software systems. Karya operates across multiple geographies, with different requirements, environments, and network conditions. Our systems need to work reliably even when connectivity is limited or intermittent, while still supporting a centralized platform that can scale across countries without becoming a collection of country-specific systems. You’ll work on problems such as: Building backend infrastructure that can operate reliably across very different environments and geographies. Designing systems that cannot always assume a reliable network, including resilient data transfer and eventual synchronization. Evolving our existing architecture as the platform grows, making the right trade-offs between simplicity, performance, reliability, and scale. Building infrastructure and developer tooling that increases the leverage of the engineering team. Solving problems across APIs, data systems, distributed systems, integrations, performance, security, and reliability. The interesting part is that there often isn't an established pattern to follow. You’ll need to understand the constraints, make good technical decisions, and build pragmatic solutions. What You'll own You’ll own m
