ABOUT THE TEAM The Sales Compliance team makes sure DoorDash and Deliveroo charge every merchant correctly and sell in a way that is compliant and built to scale. We own sales controls, revenue assurance, and order-to-cash (OTC) controls across the Merchant organization, from the signed contract, to how it is configured in our systems, to the charge a merchant sees. We are part of Sales Strategy & Operations, which builds the go-to-market strategies, processes, and systems that help our sales teams move faster and grow revenue across every business line. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Sales Compliance for our new and emerging businesses, and to run it like a strategy and operations business, not a checklist. Your mandate is to protect revenue and audit outcomes while making it easier, not harder, for Sales to grow. This role focuses on DoorDash’s new and emerging business lines, where products, pricing models, and contract structures are still evolving and many controls are being built for the first time. You will set the compliance foundation for these businesses as they launch and scale. You will lead a distributed team of compliance managers and analysts, and partner with Sales leadership, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Accounting, Legal, and Internal and External Audit. You will report to the Director, Sales Compliance. [Work model — hybrid] YOU’RE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL… Lead. Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale. Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same. The Role: As the Senior Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations, you'll be a strategic partner to senior Sales leadership and own the most consequential decisions shaping how Square's go-to-market organization is structured, prioritized, and scaled. You'll partner with senior leaders across GTM, Finance, Analytics, and Product/Engineering to translate company priorities into clear GTM direction and shape the bets that define Square's revenue trajectory. This is a hands-on strategic role. You'll define the right questions, bring an independent point of view on where our GTM motion needs to evolve, and influence executive decisions through structured frameworks, financial rigor, and sharp written narrative. You'll al
