Lead, Center of Excellence The team + the role The Pendo Center of Excellence (CoE) sets the standard for how Pendo uses Pendo. We bring together in-app and email engagement, Product Operations, and growth strategy to ensure every team maximizes the value of the platform — and every customer receives a consistent, contextual, and high-quality experience. The CoE is a small, high-leverage team: the Head of CoE sets direction and strategic priorities, a Specialist drives day-to-day execution, and Product Operations partners on system foundations. This Lead role sits at the center of that system. We're hiring a Lead, Center of Excellence to scale the team's impact. You'll evolve the CoE from a team that launches guides and emails into a system-driven operating model that drives measurable outcomes — across onboarding, retention, support deflection, and customer lifecycle. You'll translate strategy into scalable processes, partner closely with the Head of CoE and Specialist to improve throughput without sacrificing quality, and serve as the CoE's point of collaboration for Fin-related initiatives. This is a systems-focused, impact-driven role for someone who understands not just how to use Pendo, but how to use it to move the needle. This role is based in Raleigh, NC or US remote, and follows Pendo's hybrid model: in-office 3 days per week where applicable. What this looks like day-to-day Expand CoE support into high-impact lifecycle areas — onboarding and adoption, retention and churn prevention, and support deflection — partnering with Design, Product, PMM, Customer Success, Content Design, and Marketing to connect engagement strategy to measurable business outcomes. Own the Pendo-side strategy and execution for guide delivery triggered through Fin's chat interface: determine which guides are eligible for conversational launch, how they're structured for that context, and how they're tagged and maintained for reliable delivery. Lead the CoE's approach to proactive Fin

We're looking for a Product Designer who is excited by our mission of designing the future of teamwork. With millions of teams using Asana across the globe, our work has only just begun. Join us on a journey of driving clarity for teams, individuals and executives. As designers we are streamlining how teams get work done in a more efficient, effective and delightful way. You’ll make it as simple as possible for teams big and small to realize the value of Asana. The Coordinate team owns the workflows that sit at the heart of how organizations run: capturing work wherever it happens, and seeing it through to completion. We're building the experiences that users depend on today, while evolving them for a world where humans and agents execute together. When we get this right, Asana becomes the OS for human-agent teams: the place where critical work doesn't just get tracked, but actually gets done. About the Design team We design the future of teamwork. Asana has a bold, ambitious mission: help humanity thrive by enabling the world’s teams to work together effortlessly. Our design team is at the heart of that mission. Asana Design is an inclusive and collaborative community. We’re a diverse group of designers from different backgrounds (product, brand and content design, design operations, producers, motion design, film, copywriting). We are a team that loves combining research, data insights, and peer feedback into a human-centered design process to produce designs that are core to the power of our applications. We partner with people across Asana to create our product, shape our brand, and drive greater impact through design. We use design to solve challenges and create experiences that customers love. We also take the time to get weird and have fun along the way. We believe every designer should have the opportunity to grow and learn by utilizing their strengths and nurturing their interests. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid
At Asana, we believe AI represents the future of work, and APIs are at the heart of how AI connects with the tools where work happens. Asana’s API team owns the gateways that enable data flow into and out of Asana, whether via the public API used to build new apps and agents or our MCP server that enables LLMs to take action in response to natural language. Asana’s rich developer platform and app ecosystem help ensure we can support every use case out there–no matter how big or small the team, and no matter which tools or workflows they use. We’re looking for a staff-level Technical Lead to drive execution and technical vision for our developer platform. Our API team has huge, cross-cutting scope: one day you’ll be partnering with Product to define what a great agentic experience looks like and contributing to the direction of industry-wide protocols, the next you’ll be setting best practices for exposing new Asana functionality via the public API and architecting foundational changes to our API’s core feature set and frameworks, all while mentoring the engineers and developer advocates on the team. If you care deeply about building an agentic future for the enterprise and leading high-performing engineering teams, then we’d love to hear from you! This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you’ll achieve Set the technical strategy for the API platform within Asana and advocate for engineering-driven investments, with a vision for keeping our systems flexible and maintainable Drive the team to continually and holistically better itself, enabling the engineers around you to deliver at a high velocity
Asana’s rapid growth brings new challenges in keeping our systems fast, reliable, and resilient. As our product evolves, we’re making a major investment in reliability – and building a brand new SRE team in Warsaw is a key part of that strategy. This is your chance to help shape it from day one. This isn’t a traditional “ops” role – we’re looking for strong software engineers who are passionate about building reliable, distributed systems. You’ll work closely with a small SRE team in San Francisco, infrastructure engineers in Reykjavik, and an established infrastructure team in Warsaw. Warsaw will be a significant hub for our future infrastructure engineering and operations. As one of the first engineers here, you’ll have a real say in how we build reliable infrastructure, manage incidents, and support the rest of the company. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements. We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland. What you’ll achieve Influence the future of Asana’s SRE practice, especially as we grow the Warsaw team. Lead reliability-focused projects across our stack – from infrastructure to tooling to incident response. Define and implement Asana’s incident management process – we’re investing here, and you’ll help shape how it works. Build internal platforms and frameworks that help other teams improve the reliability of their services. Be part of (and help shape) a sustainable on-call rotation – shared across teams in Warsaw, San Francisco, and Reykjavik. On average, we handle ~1 page per day, but it’s not constant, and we care about keeping things sane. Work with our stack: AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Datadog, MySQL (RDS), ElasticSearch (OpenSearch), Redis

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Sensitive Data Scanner (SDS) Telemetry team. The SDS group’s mission is to be the world’s easiest-to-use tool to discover, classify, manage, and report sensitive data risks across cloud, on-premise, and code environments. This team builds and scales the detection capabilities that scan all telemetry data flowing into Datadog — logs, APM spans, and RUM events — operating in streaming, at processing time, and at very large scale. You’ll lead a small, close-knit team based in Paris, with the opportunity to shape how the team grows as SDS Telemetry’s scope expands. It’s a chance to combine hands-on technical leadership with direct customer and product impact in the security and observability space. The Behavior AI team builds the AI-based anomaly detection behind Datadog's security products. Our models learn what normal looks like across the billions of logs, events, and telemetry records flowing through the platform every second, and they flag the behavior that does not fit, on every record, in real time, at a cost that makes sense at our scale. What we build does not ship to a single feature. The same models power detection across many of Datadog's security products at once, so the work has impact well beyond any one team. Large general-purpose models are too slow and too expensive to run in that path, so we take the opposite approach: small, custom models, designed for high-throughput stream processing and optimized to run cheaply on every record. We are hiring a Senior Applied Scientist to build these models from start to finish. You will contribute to designing the architecture, training at scale, and the optimization work that takes a model from training to running efficiently on production traffic. This optimization requires a deep understanding of the constraints imposed by both the software and the hardware, together with the applied mathematics to work within them: often it comes down to finding a mathematical reformulation that fits those constraints better, and that judgment can decide whether a model reaches production at all. The work involves a number of open questions. How do you obtain most of the quality of a large model from one that is far smaller and cheap enough to run on the full stream? Where is it worth trading exactness for speed, and how do you reason about the error you accept? How do you make a small model's outputs clear enough that the detection engineers and analysts who rely on it can trust what it reports? If these are the problems you want to work on, we would like to hear from you. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture: the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it bring
