The Team + The Role The Senior Director, Demand Generation EMEA is a senior, hands-on leadership role owning Pendo's marketing pipeline across the region — UK, DACH, France, Nordics, and the Netherlands. This is a rare opportunity to shape how Pendo grows across Europe. You'll work closely with regional sales leaders to build high-performing, pipeline-generating marketing programmes from the ground up — with real visibility into commercial leadership and a direct line into how new business and customer growth gets driven across EMEA. We're not looking for someone to localise global campaigns. We're looking for a builder — someone who creates demand programmes from scratch, understands what resonates with European buyers, and can operate with genuine autonomy to lead the region. You'll report to the VP of Revenue Marketing, based in North America, and work as part of a small, focused EMEA marketing team. This is a hybrid role, based three days a week in our London office. What this looks like day-to-day Owning and delivering Pendo's EMEA pipeline contribution target across all segments and sub-regions Building original, EMEA-first demand generation programmes — digital, ABM, and account-based plays designed for European buyers Partnering closely with EMEA Sales and SAles Leaders on account plans, pipeline coverage, and deal acceleration Developing a coherent EMEA marketing strategy across diverse markets, languages, and buying behaviours — with particular depth in French and DACH Serving as the primary EMEA voice in global marketing planning, advocating for regional needs and investment Leading and developing the EMEA demand generation function, including the Director of Field Marketing Defining the EMEA co-marketing strategy with regional partners, resellers, and SIs Owning EMEA marketing performance reporting — pipeline contribution, ROI, funnel conversion, and marketing-attributed revenue Who You Are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific len

At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. LyftAds is one of the most differentiated first-party data assets in mobile advertising, grounded in real-world movement, intent, and verified conversion. We're building a direct-sold advertising business that competes on the strength of our data, our audience, and our ability to close meaningful partnerships with the agencies and programmatic platforms that control where dollars flow. About the Role: The Sr. Sales Executive is the tip of the spear for LyftAds’ programmatic and agency revenue. You will own a direct revenue number across agency holding companies and programmatic demand partners, while simultaneously helping define our go-to-market strategy, sales narratives, and product feedback loop. You will be equal parts revenue driver and internal advocate for the customer. This role is well-suited for someone who has grown beyond pure selling and wants to have a hand in building something, but who still loves the hunt and thrives on closing. Responsibilities: Own a revenue number across a defined book of Agency Hold Co’s and programmatic demand partners (DSPs, trading desks) Develop and execute a sales strategy for LyftAds data & audience solutions, not just respond to RFPs, but actively create demand Build and maintain C-level and VP-level relationships across programmatic, video, and investment teams at agencies Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal structures including PMPs, data partnerships, audience activation, and measurement partnerships Serve as the voice of the customer internally, transla

Sr. Product Manager, Analytics The team + the role Pendo is the AI-powered analytics and adoption platform for builders. The Product team builds the tools that help software teams understand how their products are used, where adoption breaks down, and what drives business outcomes. AI features are increasingly central to the analytics roadmap — surfacing intelligent insights, automating pattern detection, and embedding AI-assisted workflows directly into the product experience. This team is embedded in its own customer base, runs continuous discovery, and treats customer outcomes as the primary measure of whether the work is good. This role owns an analytics product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery across a globally distributed cross-functional team spanning Raleigh, New York, and Pendo's India-based engineering and product teams. Customer outcomes are the starting point for every significant decision. Discovery is continuous, not episodic. Operating across time zones is a practical requirement — the person in this role adapts their working hours to maintain meaningful overlap with India-based teams and builds the async artifacts that let those teams work independently between overlap windows. This role is based in Raleigh, NC (primary), with New York, NY and East Coast remote candidates also considered. Pendo's hybrid model requires in-office 3 days per week for local candidates. What this looks like day-to-day Own the analytics product roadmap — define priorities, defend tradeoffs with data and reasoning, and keep the long-term direction aligned with enterprise customer needs and the broader Pendo platform. Drive AI-powered capabilities within the analytics area: define what the AI does, how outputs are surfaced, how confidence is communicated, and where human judgment stays in the loop — with the customer problem as the starting point, not the model capability. Run continuous discovery with enterprise customers and India-based product a
