About Novo Small businesses are the backbone of the US economy — nearly half of GDP and the private workforce — yet big banks don't give owners the access, assistance, or modern tools they need to grow. We started Novo to change that. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the modern entrepreneur by building the go-to banking platform for small businesses. Novo is a fintech, not a bank. We give entrepreneurs, freelancers, and SMBs an operating system for their money: no-fee business checking, debit and credit cards, loans and funding, payments across every rail (ACH, wires, FedNow), invoicing, bill pay, expense management, and integrations with the tools they already run their business on. We've helped hundreds of thousands of businesses get powerfully simple banking, and we're just getting started. Why Novo? A mission-driven team building for the people big banks pretend don't exist Real ownership: we make decisions that affect real businesses every day, and we trust people to act on that A flat culture where ideas win on merit — hierarchy is not authority Modern stack, modern tooling, and a team that takes AI seriously as part of how we work Competitive salary and stock options for every full-time employee Medical, dental, and vision coverage Learning and development budget Offices in NYC and India, with Wednesday team lunches that rotate cuisines The Role We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to be the highest-leverage individual contributor on our product design team. You'll own the hardest, most ambiguous design problems at Novo — the ones that cut across checking, payments, credit, and invoicing, and across web, iOS, and Android — and you'll set the bar for what great looks like for everyone else. This is not a management role. It is a role with real authority over the quality and coherence of the product. You'll partner directly with product leads, engineering leads, data, and compliance to shape what we build, not just how it looks. You'll multiply the t

Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users. Our platform is trusted by over 6.5 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $257M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development. We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you. At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's Design Systems team is the foundational layer that powers visual consistency, design quality, and engineering velocity across all of Vanta's product surfaces. We build and maintain Vanta's shared component library (Alpaca), design tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation, enabling product designers and engineers to ship high-quality, cohesive experiences at scale. As Vanta grows across GRC, Trust, and new product areas, and as AI and agentic experiences become a first-class part of the product, Design Systems is increasingly responsible for a harder problem than static component consistency: building a system that can flex for AI-driven, runtime-composed UI and agent chat and canvas experiences, without losing the craft and coherence that makes Alpaca trustworthy across the org. This role sits at that intersection. You'll help define how a design system stays foundational when the product itself is becoming more dynamic and model-aware. What you’ll do as a Staff Product Designer at Vanta: Lead the strategy, evolution, and execution of Alpaca, ensuring it scales with the needs of a rapidly growing, increasingly AI-driven product organization Extend the design system to support AI and agent product patterns, including agent chat and canvas experiences and components that need to adapt based on runtime or model context Partner with product designers and engineers across every product team to define, document, and ship new components, patterns, and guidelines Establish and evolve governance models, contribution frameworks, and quality standards that let every designer at Vanta build consistently, including for AI-nat

The opportunity Datadog’s Infrastructure products help engineers understand and operate the systems their applications depend on. Our customers work in complex environments like Kubernetes and serverless, where infrastructure changes constantly, information is dense, and decisions about reliability, performance, and cost are closely connected. We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to join Modern Compute, with an initial focus on Containers Autoscaling. Autoscaling helps engineering teams make better decisions about how their applications and infrastructure use resources. Designing these experiences requires making deeply technical systems understandable, helping customers act with confidence, and fitting into the tools and workflows they already use. The team is rethinking how workload and cluster autoscaling come together as a more coherent product experience. This includes how customers get started, understand recommendations, evaluate value, and safely apply changes across their environments. The work also connects to other parts of Datadog, including observability, Cloud Cost Management, permissions, and AI-assisted workflows. As a Staff Product Designer, you will help define that direction and lead the work from early problem framing through shipped product. You will partner closely with product and engineering, bring a high level of interaction and visual craft to complex workflows, and help raise the quality of design across Modern Compute. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture, the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to help our Datadogs find a work-life rhythm that works for them. What you’ll do Lead end-to-end product design for Modern Compute, initially focused on our Autoscaling product. Help define the product direction for an area that is still evolving, from early framing and exploration through detailed design and delivery. Design clear, trustwort

We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to join the APM (Application Performance Monitoring) team. This team is focused on helping engineers agentically troubleshoot and optimize their applications. You'll learn the domain and proactively spot areas for improvement, getting stakeholder buy-in as needed. You'll own your design work end-to-end while helping shape broader product direction. You'll also hold a high bar for quality across the team and help other designers build support for their decisions. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Become a design leader within APM by proactively identifying opportunities and shaping the design strategy across multiple product areas and workflows. Partner closely with PMs and Engineers to ship intuitive experiences, balancing user needs with platform scalability and engineering constraints. Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to identify pain points, validate solutions, and guide roadmap decisions. Communicate design rationale clearly and persuasively across design, engineering, product, and executive stakeholders. Mentor and support other designers by providing feedback, sharing frameworks and workflows, and helping raise the overall design quality bar across the organization. Prototype in code to rapidly explore ideas and validate concepts. Contribute to production code using AI-assisted workflows to ensure execution matches design intent. Help the team adopt AI-enabled design workflows. Who You Are: You have 10+ years of experience in digital product design. Your portfolio demonstrates a strong track record of designing and shipping complex technical products. You use AI-assisted workflows to prototype and rapidly iterate. You have a track record of connecting

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires. Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship. Quality is our competitive advantage. Every member of our fully remote team is a maker at heart, caring deeply about the quality and feel of our work. While the industry optimizes for speed and metrics alone, we believe that craft and quality have lasting value. Quality creates gravity — it pulls people toward our team and product rather than requiring us to push. This philosophy drives everything we do, from product decisions to hiring choices. For this role, we expect robust design skills, sharp product thinking, and the ability to engage in technical discussions. We work in small, autonomous project teams, where engineers are paired tightly with designers to explore ideas, build prototypes, deploy internal builds, and ultimately ship to customers. You will be a key element of projects from beginning to end. Location & work mode Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel. What you'll do Pair closely with engineering and product to initiate and complete roadmap projects, no hand-offs Spot opportunities to redesign or refine key screens and flows, as well as smaller quality issues an
