About the Team Our ambition for DashMart Fulfillment Services (DFS) is to power the best grocery experience, letting customers shop their full list 24/7 from their favorite merchant, with error-free same-day delivery at in-store prices. Carrying the right items across an extensive merchant selection is foundational to our infrastructure and consumer offering. This team owns both of those inputs end to end ensuring that we choose the right items, they arrive in the right quantities and on time and are fully in sync with our warehouse operations to make them available to consumers. About the Role We're looking to bring on a few Senior Managers with strong operational and analytical backgrounds that can tackle our most critical and ambiguous problems and build durable solutions at scale that will empower the long-term success of DFS. These roles require a holistic understanding of how we think through merchant selection & partnerships to how we build our fulfillment model. These aren’t insights roles - you will be expected to own root cause diagnostics, how to test operationally, and how to scale initiatives through productized solutions in partnership with product, engineering and local operations. One role will focus on merchant selection and one roles will focus on inventory health - both are critical to the end to end success of a DFS partnership. A few of the problems you might own: Merchant Selection. Identify where to play and how to win from knowing what merchants our customers want, to where we should launch those as a test and determine what success looks like to scale. In-Stock. Own availability across forecasting, replenishment, receiving and labor planning. Find the binding constraint and decide what service level is worth paying for, by category. Catalog. The catalog is the promise we make before the order. Every error shows up later as a missing item, a wrong order or lost margin. Shrink. Shrink is the cost of the in-stock promise. Separate what ops

About the Team Within Finance & Strategy, the General & Administrative (G&A) Finance & Strategy team partners with leaders across DoorDash’s corporate functions to plan resources, track performance, and support investment decisions as the company grows. This role will be the primary finance partner to our Legal organization, including Litigation, Legal Operations, Corporate Legal, and Product Legal, and will help build the consolidated planning and reporting tools our broader team relies on. We expect this role to be primarily based in San Francisco, CA, New York, NY. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Associate to help shape how DoorDash invests in its Legal organization over the long term, while owning the planning, forecasting, and reporting that make those decisions possible. You will partner with Legal leaders to understand what shapes their spend, from outside counsel and litigation matters to headcount and legal technology, and turn that understanding into clear forecasts and investment recommendations. Legal spend can be hard to predict, so success in this role means building trusted relationships, bringing structure to uncertainty, and giving leadership an accurate, early view of risks and opportunities. This role is well suited for someone who wants to move past “what is the budget” to “what is the right level of investment, and how will we know it is working.” You will report into the Director who leads our Global G&A Finance team in our Finance & Strategy organization. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Partner with leaders across Litigation, Legal Operations, Corporate Legal, and Product Legal to shape long term investment decisions, such as when to bring work in house and how to consolidate outside counsel. Build, define, and track metrics that Legal leadership uses to steer the business, such as outside counsel spend per matter, in house versus outside counsel mix, and Legal cost relative to c
About the Role You'll drive customer outcomes and value through Sigma's analytics, apps, and agents platform, scaling the customer success team and practices to support our rapid growth. This is a retention and expansion-focused mandate for someone who's equal parts builder and scaler, strengthening what's working today and creating the capabilities we don't have yet. You'll report to the SVP, Customer Success, and work closely with Sales, Renewals, Product, Marketing, Support, Enablement, Operations, and Finance to ensure Commercial, Scale, and Digital customers get full value from Sigma’s platform. Responsibilities Lead the Commercial, Scale & Digital strategy. Translate company goals into an operating plan, processes, and success metrics across all three segments.
