If you believe in the transformational power of data and technology and in your own ability to bring that power to bear against complex problems, we want to meet you. What We Do As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Engineers, Product Designers, and other Deployment Strategists to deploy software against the most challenging problems our world faces. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. Deployment Strategists are do-ers who immerse themselves in our customers' most intricate workflows, partner with customer teams and explore the data, and dive into the product landscape to enable us to scale. A select number of Deployments Strategists may also be deployed to Palantir internal teams and problems. In this role, the problems you'll tackle will require a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user empathy to ultimately empower our customers to make better decisions. No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to: Go onsi

About Us: Samara Aerospace is revolutionizing satellite design by addressing the challenges of deploying and managing large satellite constellations. Our innovative Hummingbird spacecraft bus offers a modular and scalable platform that streamlines satellite production and deployment, significantly reducing launch costs. Hummingbird's compact architecture maximizes launch capacity, making it the most efficient and agile spacecraft in the industry. At the core of our technology is the patented Multifunctional Structures for Attitude Control (MSAC) system. Unlike traditional wheel-based pointing control systems, MSAC utilizes actuators embedded in the hinges of deployable solar panels to provide 3-axis attitude control and active jitter cancellation. This design eliminates the need for spinning wheels, reducing mass and potential points of failure, while enhancing pointing precision. Role: The Mechanical team at Samara is seeking a mechanical engineer to support the design, analysis, build, and testing of next-generation spacecraft at our headquarters in San Francisco. You’ll work closely with experienced mechanical and electrical engineers, gaining exposure to spacecraft structures, mechanisms, solar arrays, ground support equipment, and environmental testing in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities: Design, analyze, procure, assemble, and test satellite structures, mechanisms, and solar arrays. Identify loads, interface, and functional requirements at the component- and systems-level. Select materials and mechanical components suitable for space environments. Incorporate design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) features. Contribute to and help define high-level spacecraft architecture. Collaborate with the electrical engineering team to successfully integrate avionics and wiring harnesses. Perform mechanical and/or thermal analysis of spacecraft systems. Generate manufacturing drawings, manage BOMs, and source components. Participate
The Product Management team drives Asana's product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. We're helping to define the Work Management category and inventing new ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger purpose behind their work. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team that enables customers to turn their work into concrete plans. Because these surfaces are foundational to how people work in Asana, decisions here ripple across nearly every other team at the company, and this role requires aligning multiple partners around complex, sometimes ambiguous tradeoffs. This role is based in our New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you’ll achieve: Set the strategy for a program or large workstream within our core planning experience, aligned with broader group goals Drive end-to-end delivery of multi-month initiatives — from problem definition through launch — often defining work that lands on other teams' roadmaps and requires coordinating delivery across multiple teams, rather than
