OpenAI
📍 San Francisco• Full-time• Remote• $287K – $318K/yr
5 days ago

About the Team OpenAI didn’t begin as a traditional company. It began as an idea: that artificial intelligence could be developed in a way that benefits everyone. As a creative team, our role is to help make sure the work behind that idea is understood, as it leaves the lab and meets the world. This company works at the frontier of intelligence. Like any frontier, it’s unfinished, constantly shifting, and still being explored. Our job is to stay close to that uncertainty and help shape how this story gets told, in a way that feels grounded and human. We do this through campaigns, launches, films, brand systems, and work that doesn’t fit neatly into any of those categories yet. This team is for people who want to help shape something from the beginning. This team is for people who are energized by ambiguity, intellectually curious, and excited to build something enduring from the beginning. About the Role As Content Studio Creative Lead, you will build and lead a centralized content studio that serves the broader creative team. You will be both a senior maker and a capability builder: creating timely, high-quality content while shaping the studio’s creative approach, talent network, and quality standards, in partnership with Production on the processes that support the work at scale. We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between hands-on content creation and creative systems thinking. You will work closely with leaders, researchers, creative teams, and external partners to capture stories at the source and turn them into compelling work for web, social, and the broader OpenAI brand. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. Travel for production may be required. In this role, you will: Define the content studio’s creative vision, creative strategy, and measures of quality and effectiveness, and partner with Production on production workflows. Identify

Creators and studios are already using it every day, and the product has matured to the point where it delivers serious value for larger creators and companies. Now we are building the inside sales team that takes the business upmarket, and we are hiring a Flow Studio Sales Specialist to be one of the first reps on it. This is a digital first inside sales role with two core plays. First, you will engage customers already using Flow Studio in our self-serve tiers, use product usage signals to spot the accounts ready for more, and guide them into the Enterprise tier. Second, you will run targeted outbound into existing Autodesk customers who would be well served by Flow Studio, partnering closely with the Autodesk Account Executives and account reps who own those relationships. You will run fast, consultative sales cycles over phone and Zoom, from first conversation to close. This is a startup inside Autodesk, and it is not starting from zero. The product, the customer base, and the executive backing are in place. What is new is the team and the motion. You will help write the first plays, test what works, kill what does not, and shape how Flow Studio scales from self-serve to sales-led. You will work alongside a cross-functional growth team from Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Analytics, and learn from peers on the Fusion sales team, who have spent eight years scaling a similar business in manufacturing. About the Team The Demo Studio is responsible for translating OpenAI’s most advanced capabilities into tangible, high-impact experiences for customers. We design and deliver the demos, applications, and environments that define how executives understand what is possible with AI. Our work sits at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and go-to-market. About the Role We’re looking for a Demo Studio Lead to own the end-to-end demo experience for OpenAI’s major events, webinars, and strategic programs. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into clear, compelling, and production-ready experiences. This is not a traditional sales engineering, presentation, or narrowly scoped design role — it requires a combination of product thinking, technical fluency, storytelling, systems design, and operational excellence. A key part of the role is presenting the work directly: delivering live demonstrations to executive, technical, and industry audiences across mainstage, breakout, customer, and recorded settings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with strong ownership, and is excited about shaping how the world experiences AI firsthand. This is a hybrid role that can be based in either San Francisco or New York. In this role, you will: Own the end-to-end demo experience across OpenAI-hosted summits, webinars, third-party industry events, and strategic executive demonstrations.
