Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About this Job Replit is redefining how software is built, and who gets to build it. Our mission is to achieve Autonomy for All : making programming accessible, collaborative, and powered by AI. You will be responsible for crafting the voice of our brand, writing breakthrough copy across campaigns, marketing assets, and product surfaces, and ensuring Replit’s story shows up with clarity, consistency, and cultural impact. You’ll move fluidly from high-level concepting to meticulous execution, working closely with design, marketing, product, and external partners to bring the Replit narrative to life. Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role You'll be one of the founding data scientist on Replit's Growth team, working with Product and Engineering leadership across acquisition, activation and recommender systems, and helping shape how Replit experiments. This role is for someone who doesn't wait to be asked. You spot problems and opportunities before anyone else does, bring a strong point of view, and push it until it changes what we build. You will: Own data science for major growth areas, partnering with PMs and engineers from problem framing and sizing through launch and readout Make fast decisions trustworthy: we ship weekly and need a decision within days, but retention takes weeks to show up. You'll design the experiments and metrics that close that gap; for example, variance reduction (CUPED), sequential testing, and short-term proxy metrics validated against long-term retention and revenue Help set the experimentation standards teams rely on for Replit's highest-traffic surfaces: how metrics and guardrails are defined, and the checks that catch a broken test before it misleads anyone Use quasi-experimental designs (difference-in-differences, synthetic control, regression discontinuity) where randomization isn't feasible, such as pricing changes and regional launches Help define the data science behind an emerging personalization and recommendations workstream: problem framing, offline and online evaluation, and measuring incremental lift Model the economics of a freemium, usage-based product: credit consumption, conversion, and how pricing and limits change behavior Develop user and project segmentation from behavioral and content signals (e.g., embeddings and clustering) so growth analysis reflects what people are actually building P

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About The Role Replit is where millions of people learn to build software - and our documentation and learning content are where they get going or give up. We're taking ownership of that experience, and we're looking for a Learning Experience Creator who can make it worthy of the product: someone who turns product knowledge into experiences people actually use - clear written docs, guided learning, short video, interactive experiences - findable at the moment of need, accurate every time, and genuinely enjoyable. You're a learning-experience creator first. You understand how people actually learn a product - what they're trying to accomplish, where they get stuck, what format serves each moment - and you move fluidly between writing a crisp help article, designing a hands-on walkthrough, and producing a short video. Underneath it all, you're a storyteller: you know how to earn attention in the first few seconds, hold it against real-world attention spans, and make ideas stick - and sometimes make something people can't help but share. You're also a builder: unafraid to try new formats and experiment, you read the data and listen to customers, and you continually improve and evolve with speed as our product evolves. You'll turn complex things into simple, useful experiences, and you'll own how well they land. The Mission : help every user - external customers and internal teams - self-serve to reach their creative and business goals, with content so good, so current, and so findable that they don't need to open a ticket. Success looks like real ticket deflection, faster activation, and high CSAT. What You'll Own New documentation and learning content. You'll populate our documentation and learning surfaces with new, acc
