Senior Product Manager - Search Datadog’s Search team helps users – both human and agents – find answers to their questions. Search is a critical function in Datadog, and touches many product surfaces: the query editors in product homepages and dashboards, search bars for finding relevant assets, the global cmd+k navigation search, and the MCP tools that our Bits AI agent uses to respond to natural language prompts. Search is a full-stack team: owning user-facing search components, backend search ranking systems, and machine learning models to produce recommendations. The Search team is relatively new, and still growing. We have recently built out agentic search tools, and we are looking for a leader to help us expand to ambitious orchestration systems that deliver accurate results, and proactive recommendations across both keyword and semantic search. Beyond this, you’ll have room to influence how Datadog thinks about Search as a strategic surface. What you’ll do: Define and deliver how Datadog's AI agents discover the right context and tools to answer natural-language questions accurately and at scale Stay on top of industry trends in UI and agentic search experiences and capabilities Collaborate with Applied AI teams to integrate ranking, personalization, and recommendation models that scale across both human and agentic users Define and monitor KPIs for search quality, adoption, and downstream impact on user productivity; use them to drive data-informed decision making Engage directly with customers and internal product teams to deeply understand search journeys across query editors, global navigation, and natural-language agent interfaces Who you are: You have experience with search, ranking, or recommendation systems You are familiar with or very interested in MCP servers and differences between human and agentic UX You have a sharp eye for design and strong opinions on the micro-interactions — keyboard navigation, autocomplete behavior, loading

ABOUT THE TEAM The Integrated Workflows team exists to expand Mural's value by embedding it seamlessly into the essential business workflows our customers already live in. We connect Mural to the tools that teams rely on every day, from the systems of record where work gets tracked to the places conversations happen and the surfaces content moves through. That is what integrations unlock, and it is the most interesting thing about this team. When Mural can reach the work happening everywhere else, a canvas stops being a snapshot of one meeting and becomes a live surface for how a team operates: real context pulled in, real decisions pushed back out, nobody retyping a status update or hunting for the current version. A workshop stops ending at the wall of sticky notes and starts ending in tracked, owned, moving work. That is when collaboration gets genuinely effective, and building toward it is the point of everything we do. Underneath all of that, we build the integration platform: the shared frameworks, services, and patterns that let any team at Mural ship a connected experience without starting from scratch. Our mission: to make Mural a natural part of daily work. We measure success by how indispensable Mural becomes inside real customer workflows, not by the number of integrations we ship. YOUR MISSION As a Senior Software Engineer on the Integrated Workflows team, you'll own significant parts of how Mural connects to the outside world. You'll design and build integrations that are reliable, secure, and genuinely used, and you'll turn one-off connector work into integration platform capabilities the rest of the company can build on. This role sits at the intersection of product and platform. You'll work directly against third-party APIs and SDKs with all the ambiguity that entails: shifting contracts, rate limits, auth models, partner review processes. At the same time you'll keep our own abstractions clean and our public API stable for the developers who depend
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. Location: Europe remote or London hybrid The role: We're looking for a Senior (L5) OR Staff (L6) Product Designer to lead design for Synthesia's AI-native product surfaces: the experiences where employees learn through conversation, companies localise content at scale, and AI becomes a direct participant in how work gets done - not just a tool behind the scenes. This area is central to redefining what a video platform can be: moving upstream from content creation into workforce development, and making complex AI capabilities feel natural, trustworthy, and effective for everyday users. You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the craft bar either across Skills or Dubbing & Localisation. In practice, this role is about solving AI-native design problems, for example: Designing real-time, conversational avatar experiences that feel engaging and natural - not robotic or gimmicky - for employees learning and practising skills at work. Creating interaction patterns for AI-driven workflows (dubbing, localisation, skills authoring) that give users the right amount of control, transparency, an
The Role The Account Management team is looking for a motivated account manager or sales professional to join our SMB team and help our merchants retain, grow, and get more from Square's platform. In this role, you'll own a portfolio of small and medium-sized business customers, engaging with them at high-stakes moments in their journey — whether that's preventing churn, unlocking a new product, or helping them see what's possible with Square. You'll be equal parts advisor and problem-solver: diagnosing customer needs, deploying retention and growth strategies, and acting as a connector between the seller and the broader Square team. This isn't a reactive support role — you'll proactively manage your book with urgency and intent, building playbooks and narratives that move the needle. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the challenge of hard conversations, and cares deeply about small business success. You bring a track record in account management or sales, a natural curiosity for how products work, and the ability to turn insight into action. You Will Own a multi-million dollar, dynamic portfolio of SMB merchants across all verticals, you set the strategy, drive the outcomes, and are accountable for every number in your book Obsess over retention: develop a deep understanding of your merchants' businesses, identify churn risk before it surfaces, and deploy commercially precise strategies that consistently convert high-risk moments into durable, long-term wins Think and act like a GM of your book: managing a high-velocity pipeline, closing upsell, cross-sell, and contract adoption opportunities with the discipline of someone who knows exactly where each deal stands and what it takes to move it forward Earn trust by delivering results: build relationships with business owners where you are the first call when something matters, because you've proven you see their business clearly and act in their interest Lean into hard
ABOUT THE TEAM Mural’s Admin & Security portfolio owns the experiences that let organizations adopt, govern, and measure the value of Mural at enterprise scale. The portfolio spans three domains: Admin & Identity Management, Enterprise Security, & Customer Insights. This role leads Customer Insights and supercharges it into a surface that turns Mural’s product data into the narratives that drive renewals, fund expansion, and prove the ROI of collaboration to Admins and buyers. YOUR MISSION Own the Customer Insights product area end-to-end. Build the user facing experiences and the data foundation to turn raw data into shared, clear, and actionable narratives. Define Mural’s POV on what AI-native insights look like as the category shifts from static dashboards to proactive, conversational, agentic interfaces. You’ll work across three layers in parallel: The canonical usage data layer: This is the foundation that powers Company Insights today and needs to be deliberately built and enriched so other surfaces such as engagement, growth, AI, can consume it tomorrow. The customer-facing surface: This is how the data is presented in-product, whether it’s on an insights page, a dashboard, scheduled and ad hoc reporting, audit logs, or APIs that can be consumed by Admins, end users, execs, and Mural teams. The AI-native expansion: How Mural incorporates natural language queries, agentic workflows, and proactive analytics to evolve and extend the insights surface. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Customer Insights from data model through customer-facing experience Define the usage data layer in partnership with Engineering and Data including the metrics that anchor renewal and expansion narratives Evolve customer-accessible audit logs to be enterprise ready Define Mural's POV on AI-native insights and ship the first set of AI-powered capabilities on this surface Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate insights into the n

We’re an in-office company, driven by a shared commitment to excellence and velocity. Our values — Just Get It Done, Invent What Customers Want, Winner’s Mindset, and The Polymath Principle — shape how we work and grow as a team. About the Team The Voice Agent team builds the real-time systems that allow Decagon agents to carry natural conversations across our omnichannels (phone, web, mobile, etc). Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. The AI Studio is the team responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing internal software platforms across every functional department of the company, including People Operations, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Recruiting, and Executive Operations. We treat each internal department as its own product surface, and in truth as its own startup, with its own customers, its own metrics, and its own reasons for existing. We ship custom software, built on Replit’s own platform, to solve operational problems that off-the-shelf SaaS tools cannot serve well at our scale and pace of growth. Position Summary The Member of Technical Staff (AI Builder) is a full-time builder role with substantial autonomy. You will design, architect, and ship AI-powered internal platforms that run the operations of the company across many departments at once. This is not a role for someone who wants a narrow, well-defined lane. It is a role for someone who wants to walk into an ambiguous business problem, understand it well enough to argue about it with the department lead, and then ship the software that fixes it. We are looking for people who genuinely understand the mechanics of a business: how revenue is actually made, why recruiting velocity matters, what makes support scale or break, how finance closes a month, and why each department is critical to whether the company wins or loses. You do not need to have run every function, but you need to respect why each one exists and be able to reason about it like an operator, not just an engineer. Because we treat each department as its own startup, we strongly favor people who have either run their own business or worked on a fast-scaling startup. You know what it feels like
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the role This is a zero-to-one Product Engineering role on Replit's Money team. You'll bring our financial partnerships alive from scoping to integrating and operating them so that the builders on Replit, and the Apps and Agents they ship can transact reliably anywhere in the world. Money at Replit isn’t traditional payments. Builders are publishing apps that earn revenue. Agents are spending and being paid for work. New protocols for agentic commerce now exist to power the future of commerce: Shared Payment Tokens, the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP), the Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP), the Machine Payments Protocol (MPP). Replit is one of the platforms that will define what they look like in practice and lower the barrier to entry. To make any of that real, we need someone who can sit between Replit engineering and our financial partners including billing platforms, payment processors, agentic-commerce protocol partners, tax and compliance vendors to turn signed contracts into live, reliable integrations. You'll be the engineer partners ask for, and the engineer the rest of Replit relies on when a new monetization surface needs to ship. This role is a fit if you like writing code and you also like being in the room when a partnership is being scoped, because you know that the design decisions made in that room are the ones that bind the integration for years. You will Take financial partnerships from zero-to-one: scope the integration with the partner, pressure-test data and protocol specs, design the system, build it, ship it, and operate it. Own the technical relationship with Replit's financial partners across the full lifecycle: billing platforms, payment processors, agentic-commerce protocol partners, t
At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. The People Analytics team at Lyft exists to build data trust — turning people data into clear, reliable insights that help our HR Business Partners, talent leaders, and executives make better decisions. We're a small, high-impact team in the middle of a meaningful BI transformation: we recently moved to ThoughtSpot as our primary analytics platform, and we're not just replicating old dashboards — we're rethinking what self-service analytics looks like for a People team. That includes exploring ThoughtSpot's AI capabilities to surface proactive insights, enable natural language querying, and reduce the friction between a business question and a data answer. There's real greenfield work here, and we're looking for someone who wants to help define what AI-powered people analytics looks like at Lyft. We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team, based in Toronto. You'll report to the Senior Manager, People Analytics and serve as the first point of contact for incoming data requests across the People organization — triaging, scoping, and delivering on analytical needs ranging from quick ad-hoc pulls to fully built ThoughtSpot dashboards. This role is well-timed: you'll be joining as we complete our migration from Tableau to ThoughtSpot, which means you'll have genuine influence over how we build our reporting layer and push into ThoughtSpot's AI features — think natural language search, AI-generated insights, and proactive anomaly detection applied to people data. This isn't a "maintain the dashboard" role. It's a chance to help build something new. You'll be a self-starter who is equally comfortable writing SQL and presenting findings to a VP. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming data requests from across the People organization — scoping needs, setting
We are building the VIP retail franchise for CFTC-regulated prediction markets and perpetual futures — including crypto and equity perps. As VIP Sales Manager, you own a book of high-volume individual traders: acquire them, get them live, keep them trading, and turn them into durable volume. This is a relationship-first sales role for sophisticated retail / prosumer traders — crypto perps whales, prediction-market power users, sportsbook/CFD VIPs migrating onshore, and active equity-derivatives traders. You run the full motion end to end: source leads, convert, onboard, retain, and win back. You are the primary point of contact for your top accounts and the voice of the trader back into Product, Risk, and Growth. Job Responsibilities: Build and own a pipeline of VIP retail traders who are a natural fit for event contracts and crypto/equity perps. Drive the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, conversion, onboarding, and ongoing high-touch coverage. Source new high-value traders from competitor venues (offshore perps exchanges, other prediction markets, CFD brokers, sportsbooks) and convert them with clear positioning on liquidity, fees, UX, and regulatory edge. Navigate each VIP to the right product mix — prediction markets vs. crypto perps vs. equity perps — based on how they actually trade. Reactivate dormant top traders with data-driven outreach and bespoke incentives (fee tiers, rebates, referral perks, priority support). Serve as day-to-day coverage for your book: Telegram/Discord/calls, fast issue resolution, and liaison with Support, Risk, and Ops. Monitor client activity and surface structured feedback on product, margin, fees, and UX to Product and Growth. Hit and report VIP KPIs: volume, active traders, new acquisitions, winbacks, and competitor migration. Represent the brand in trader communities and at conferences/events where VIP retail traders congregate. <li
