Hyliion is committed to creating innovative solutions that enable clean, flexible and affordable electricity production. The Company’s primary focus is to develop distributed power generators that can operate on various fuel sources to future-proof against an ever-changing energy economy. Job Purpose The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer owns the technical health of Hyliion's precision machining supply base and serves as the senior technical authority for machined content on the KARNO Power Module. Much of the machined content that determines whether a machine runs, including tolerances, surface finishes, form and runout requirements, and sealing surfaces, is produced by external partners, some of it on additively manufactured parts. This position sets the standard for how supplier quality is practiced at Hyliion, including the qualification evidence required, the inspection methods used, and the technical judgment applied when a part is borderline. The role works in both directions: outward, building engineering-grade partnership with machining suppliers and closing the gap between what drawings require and what supplier processes can repeatably deliver; and inward, holding Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations accountable for releasable drawings, defined acceptance criteria, realistic schedules, and closed feedback loops. The position carries no authority over those functions and operates through technical credibility and evidence. AI at Hyliion At Hyliion, AI is core to how we work. We equip every team member with leading AI tools and count on you to use them — to move faster, solve harder problems, and help us realize the full potential of KARNO technology for the world. Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the engineering authority for machined commodities, including turning, milling, grinding, honing and lapping, EDM, balancing, deburring and edge condition, and associated special processes incl

About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the role Sentry's SDKs instrument dozens of platforms and our ingest pipeline takes in billions of events every day. The Telemetry Experience team owns what happens next: the product surfaces and APIs where that telemetry turns into something a developer can actually debug with. As a Senior Software Engineer on Telemetry Experience, you'll own that experience across the sentry.io product - Python/Django and Postgres on the backend, React and TypeScript on the frontend. You'll work upstream with our SDK teams on what gets sent and with our ingest teams on how it arrives, then own the part customers actually touch: the APIs, the workflows, and the interfaces where it all lands. Your job is to make that feel native to every developer who uses it, whether they ship a backend service, a mobile app, or a game. In this role you will Own projects end to end. Take a problem from a rough customer complaint through scoping, design, implementation across the stack, rollout, and measurement. You'll write the design doc, cut the work into shippable pieces, and stay with it until the numbers move Work across the full stack of the Sentry monolith. React and TypeScript in the browser, Django and Postgres behind the API. Most projects here touch both, and the interesting decisions live at the seam Partner closely with SDK and ingest teams. DoorDash USA

About the Team The Storage organization builds and operates the online stateful systems and abstractions that DoorDash Engineering depends on: reliable, efficient, secure, and easy to use. Within Storage, the Distributed Caching team owns every caching offering at DoorDash end to end, including ElastiCache (Redis/Valkey), Boulder (our KVRocks-based key-value store for high-QPS feature serving), Entity Cache (read Bill Shen’s engineering blog post, “ High-Performance Proxy Cache for DoorDash Services ”), and the Distributed Lock Service, plus the smart clients (asgard-redis, valkey-go) that sit in front of them. These systems back critical product surfaces across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo: the team runs roughly 400 ElastiCache clusters serving hundreds of millions of GET requests per second in aggregate, and Boulder, our offline-to-online feature store, serves billions of feature lookups per second at peak. About the Role The team owns provisioning of clusters and the smart clients that sit in front of them, baking in sensible defaults so that other engineering teams get a turnkey caching solution instead of having to run their own. You'll help drive Boulder's evolution to scale further, improve cost efficiency, enhance performance, and support real-time updates; re-platform the Distributed Lock Service onto a strongly consistent backend; and build the self-serve tooling and recommendation engine that let customers describe a workload (QPS, TTL, payload size, latency profile) and get the right backend without talking to a human. You'll go deep on cache invalidation, replication, sharding, compaction, and failover, while shipping the guardrails, automation, and observability that keep this scale operable by a small team. You must be located in San Francisco, Seattle, or the New York Metro Area for this hybrid position. Growth design has its own craft and nuance.
