You will work remotely from Bulgaria and will be reporting to the Director, Technical Program and Operations. You Will: Coordinate, monitor, and report on programme status across enterprise initiatives and external partner engagements, ensuring accurate and timely information reaches all relevant stakeholders. Lead project planning and provide structured support to engineering teams, developing schedules, adhering to milestones, and keeping team members aligned and on track across multiple concurrent workstreams. Design and implement scalable processes that support the organisation's rapid growth, applying strong planning and organisational skills to manage complexity across Product, Engineering, and UX. Recognise and prioritise issues as they arise, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive timely and effective resolution.
