Developer Advocate We’re looking for an experienced Developer Advocate in our Vancouver Office. Our work informs teams at every level of the company and drives key roadmap decisions. Asana’s developer platform is growing, and we need a credible external voice in the developer and AI community. This role is about presence, trust, and distribution. You will represent Asana in the spaces where developers and builders actually live: on social media, at conferences, in forums, and through the content you create, and you will represent those developers at Asana. We’re looking for the kind of person other developers follow because they consistently reinforce a trusted feedback loop between developers and the companies they’re building with. We need someone who can speak with real authority on agents and agentic workflows — and can articulate, better than anyone outside the company, how Asana creates value in an agentic world. If people in your corner of the developer community already look to you for approaches to AI, agentic workflows, and/or productivity tooling, we want to talk. This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you’ll achieve Design and execute developer engagement strategies that drive adoption of Asana’s platform, APIs, and SDKs. Author high-quality technical content, including sample apps, code tutorials, technical blog posts, and API documentation. Engage with the developer community across forums, events, workshops, and social channels, serving as the primary advocate for developer needs. Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Design to provide actionable developer feed
On-site | Vancouver Office – 564 Beatty St About EviSmart EviSmart builds the automation layer that dental laboratories run on. A dental lab is a manufacturing operation. A case arrives from a dentist — a 3D scan of a patient's mouth and a prescription — and leaves as a crown, bridge, denture or night guard. In between sit a dozen manual steps: monitoring scanner portals, retyping cases into lab software, checking scan quality, interpreting handwritten prescriptions, designing the restoration. We automate that pipeline. Our software connects to 15 intraoral scanner portals and more than five lab management systems, pulls cases the moment they arrive, reads the prescription, maps it into the lab's own product catalogue, checks the scan, and routes it to design. We serve roughly 6,000 customers across 28 countries from offices in Vancouver, Manila, Seoul and Shenzhen. The automation works. It does not yet work well enough, consistently enough, to run unattended — and closing that gap is the highest-leverage technical problem in the company. What you'll do Establish measurement. Build per-model, per-customer, per-category accuracy reporting that Product and Sales can act on. Nothing else you do matters until this exists. Build the correction flywheel. Capture the quality-control corrections our customers already make, turn them into structured, versioned training data, and close the loop with human review where confidence is low. Standardize the squads. One deployment path, one evaluation harness, one model and dataset registry across restoration design, scan quality, prescription extraction and agents. Solve multi-tenant model behaviour. Thousands of customer-specific product codes, prescription conventions and unwritten preferences sitting over a shared model base — without building a bespoke model per customer. Take inference to production scale. Move workloads from on-premise to cloud with understood cost per inference and real concurrency headroom. •
Most security assurance work is reactive: a customer asks, a team scrambles, an answer goes out. This role exists to end that cycle. As a Senior Staff Analyst, you’ll own a named portfolio of our most significant customers from a security perspective, and get ahead of what they need — their regulatory environment, their audit calendar, their risk appetite, their control expectations — well enough to have the evidence ready before the request arrives. You’ll lead customer security audits hands-on, sit across from customer security teams as a peer rather than a form-filler, and build account security plans that make the next assessment predictable instead of painful. This is deliberately a hands-on senior individual contributor role. You’ll spend your time in audits, in customer conversations, and in the detail of controls and evidence — not in a management chain. If you’ve got deep SOC 2 and ISO 27001 knowledge, real technical range across cloud architecture, identity and vulnerability management, and the presence to hold a room with a sceptical CISO, this is a portfolio you can genuinely own. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Own a portfolio of strategic accounts as their dedicated security point of contact, building durable relationships with their security, risk, compliance and procurement teams. Lead customer security audits and assessments hands-on — scoping, preparing evidence, running the sessions, defending control design and driving findings to closure with internal owners. Build and maintain an account security plan for each account: their frameworks and regulators, audit and reassessment cycles, known concerns, open items and the roadmap commitments they care about. Anticipate requirements before they’re raised, tracking regulatory change, industry expectations and each account’s compliance calendar so documentation and evidence are staged in advance. Act
You love turning real business problems into working AI solutions — and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to ship them. In this role, you’ll lead Diligent’s internal AI Solutions function , a small, high-impact team that is embedding AI and GenA I into the systems thousands of colleagues use every day across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Legal, and Product & Engineering. You’ll set the AI vision and roadmap for internal tools, architect solutions, and still build hands-on — from prototypes and reference implementations through to production-grade integrations . You’ll own how AI shows up inside ERP, CRM, BI and core IT platforms, and you’ll be accountable for making those solutions reliable, secure, compliant, and measurably valuable for the business. If you enjoy being a “player-coach” who can move seamlessly between executive conversations and deep technical reviews, this role gives you the scope, visibility, and impact to shape how a global SaaS leader uses AI to run smarter and faster. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of AI Solutions Architects and Engineers, setting clear goals and building the capabilities the business needs as AI demand scales. Define and own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for internal AI solutions, translating business priorities into a focused portfolio of AI and platform initiatives. Design and deliver end-to-end AI/GenAI solutions — from ideation and prototyping through production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Embed AI capabilities (such as RAG, copilots, agents, summarization, and classification) into core business applications including ERP, CRM, BI, and other enterprise systems in a robust, maintainable way.

Overview We are seeking a hands-on Director of AI Software Engineering to lead and scale AI engineering efforts supporting multiple business units across Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This role sits at the intersection of product delivery, platform evolution, and applied AI—driving real-world impact across core workflows. This is not a pure management role. We are looking for a builder who leads from the front, someone who has recently written production code, shipped systems end-to-end, and can operate comfortably in ambiguity while aligning teams and stakeholders. You define how the codebase is built. On-site | Vancouver Office – 675 W Hastings St. The Problem We're Solving EviSmart is building the unified dashboard platform where every product surface comes together — the interface lab owners use to manage cases, access analytics, and launch AI-powered tools. It doesn’t have a frontend foundation yet. What exists is a clear product direction, a backend that’s ready to connect, and an engineering team that needs someone to draw the lines before anyone starts building. Why EviSmart 300 people. Two hubs: Vancouver HQ and Manila operations. 145% year-over-year SaaS growth — the market is responding. 28 countries. One platform. The dental industry's Autopilot. An in-house AI model research and development team building proprietary intelligence. Why This Role, Right Now Most senior frontend engineers join products with foundations already in place — someone else made the hard calls, and your job is to build within them. This is the opposite. There is no existing dashboard frontend, no technical debt to inherit, and no architectural decisions that constrain you yet. The person who joins now makes the foundational choices that the entire frontend team builds on for the next several years. The first product milestone is aggressive, the customer base is real and global, and the backend is ready. What doesn’t exist yet is the engineer who sets the direction. A Note from the Team “We’re not looking for someone who needs a clear spec before they can move. We need someone who can audit what exists, make a recommendation, and execute on it. If you’ve been the person who sets the technical direction that your team builds on, and you want to do that at a scale that actually matters, this is that conversation.” — Paolo Kalaw, CEO, EviSmart What You’ll Own Own the React JS / TypeScript frontend architecture for a new dashboard platform — the unified interface where all products connect. On-site | Vancouver Office – 564 Beatty St Here's Your Chance The dental industry a $40B global market spanning 28 countries still runs on disconnected systems, manual workflows, and decisions made without data. Most of it has never been touched by modern software engineering, let alone AI. EviSmart is the dental industry's Autopilot. We build the platform that automates the workflows consuming the industry's time and margin and we build it here, in Vancouver. If you want to architect systems that ship to real customers across North America, Europe, and beyond, and you're done with legacy tech and permission-seeking this is the role. Why EviSmart™ Exponential growing. 145% year-over-year SaaS growth. The market has validated what we're building. 28 countries. One platform. The dental industry's Autopilot built out of a 675 W Hastings office. Real AI stack. An in-house AI model R&D team building proprietary intelligence not wrappers. Outcome-driven culture. 50% of variable compensation tied to measurable technical outcomes. You own results, not tickets. Why Now The Customer Experience Platform is being built from the ground up. No legacy architecture to fight. No design-by-committee. The person who joins now will define the technical foundation and the standards everyone else builds on. We're at the stage where architectural decisions made this quarter will still be running three years from now. If you've ever wanted to be the person who sets the bar, this is that moment. From the CEO "I'm not looking for someone to execute a technical spec handed down from above. I need someone who looks at our system, sees what's wrong, and tells me directly then fixes it. If you've founded something, run an engineering team through growth and hard pivots, and you're ready to stop being the boss and start being the best engineer in the room, I want to talk." Paolo Kalaw, CEO, EviSmart™ What You'll Own Own the end-to-en
