Build the systems that deliver Simulation Technology knowledge to developers, partners, internal teams, and the AI agents that increasingly sit between them and our documentation. Our KnowledgeOps team sets the information architecture and quality standards for Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and OpenUSD documentation. You'll build the automation, pipelines, and AI-ready infrastructure that apply those standards at scale, and work with documentation leads to refine the architecture based on what you learn. You're a writer who builds: as comfortable in Git, CI, or Python as in a style guide, and fluent with LLMs in daily work. We build systems where the right way is easier than the wrong way. For you, that means turning documentation, standards, and tribal knowledge into tooling, templates, and self-service paths, so fewer people have to ask "how do I…?" What you'll be doing: Collaborate with documentation leads on knowledge architecture, sharing implementation feedback (what works, breaks, and scales) to refine content models, information architecture, and AI-readiness patterns Build and run docs-as-code pipelines: Git authoring, CI/CD builds, linting, link and code-sample validation, and publishing Make knowledge AI-ready: structure and package content for RAG, internal assistants, and agentic workflows, including llms.txt, MCP-accessible sources, agent skills and context kits, and evaluation sets for answer accuracy Automate the content lifecycle with LLMs and scripting, from drafting and updating to auditing, with checks for freshness, code accuracy, and terminology drift, and human review where judgment matters Encode standards (user stories, release readiness, onboarding, security guidance) into templates, validators, and guided workflows rather than static documents Capture tribal knowledge from engineering, product, and operations, and turn it into playbooks, decisi

What you'll be doing: Develop shift-left solutions that embed security standards directly into AI-generated code, ensuring constraints, scaffolds, rules, and guardrails are applied during the coding process rather than post-shipment. Convert written security standards into machine-enforceable formats, enabling programming assistants and pipelines to apply them seamlessly without manual interpretation. Engineer verification workflows that confirm generated code meets claimed standards, providing evidence for downstream release gating and policy enforcement. Maintain and evolve evaluation harnesses, reference repositories, known-bad cases, and encouraged findings to ensure constraint-steered agents produce conformant code amid changing models, patterns, and tooling. Convert approved architecture patterns into secure, runnable reference implementations, such as templates, Helm charts, container images, and worked examples, ensuring their reliability as platforms evolve. Elevate AI solutions from prototypes to enterprise-grade products, focusing on versioning, observability, latency and cost budgets, access control, audit, graceful failure, and a detailed support and deprecation model. WHO WE ARE Edmentum is a dynamic educator and student-focused company dedicated to tech-enabled learning solutions. Our goal is to ensure that all students have access to flexible learning environments and educators have the tools they need to support their students. We are on a mission to create innovative, proven learning technology, partnering with educators to ignite student potential. You'll own commercial contracting at a company serving millions of students, and you'll shape how Edmentum manages risk, protects student data, and adopts AI responsibly. This is not a review-and-route role; you will own the deal table. Day to day, that might mean negotiating a multi-year SaaS agreement with a large school district in the morning, advising Product on the privacy posture of a new AI feature after lunch, and helping People and Culture work through a thorny employment question before you log off. The breadth is real (we’ll be honest: four practice areas keep the weeks full, and the rhythm follows the sales calendar), but so is the trust, the autonomy, and the direct line to decision-makers. You'll be part dealmaker, part counselor, fully essential to how Edmentum grows. In this role you will: Negotiate SaaS, software licensing, customer, vendor, and services agreements from first draft through signature. Build and sharpen the templates, playbooks, and approval standards that make contracting faster and more consistent across the company. Managing twenty-five scheduler cells by hand does not scale, and we are not going to try. NVIDIA is building a config-as-code foundation for its EDA compute farm, and we need an automation engineer to own it end to end. You are joining at the point where this is still partially manual and inconsistently applied across cells. That is the interesting version of the problem — you will be migrating off partial systems and reconciling drift, not starting from a blank repository. What you'll be doing: Designing and owning the configuration schema for LSF cell deployment, so that a policy change is written once, reviewed, tested, and applied identically everywhere it belongs. Building the deployment pipeline that takes scheduler configuration from merge to production across a federated estate, including staged rollout and rollback. Eliminating configuration drift across cells, and building the tooling that keeps it eliminated. Standing up the regression suite that lets us upgrade LSF on a schedule rather than on a dare. Working alongside our LSF internals engineer to encode hard-won scheduler knowledge into templates and policy, so that expertise lives in the repository instead of in one person's head. What we need to see: BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 6+ years in infrastructure engineering with strong config management depth — Ansible, Salt, Puppet, Chef, or comparable. Real experience with GitOps practice at scale: review workflow, environment promotion, drift detection, and safe rollback. Proficiency in Go, Python and shell, and comfort building the tooling rather than only using it. Exper
