Role summary Scale’s Operations Planning Team sits at the intersection of Engagement Management (EM), GenAI Delivery, GTM, and Growth Ops. The Planning TPM reduces friction between customer requirements and delivery by centralizing planning, standardizing reporting, and driving consistent process execution across accounts. As a TPM on Planning you will own program-level planning and systems workstreams that translate demand into reliable production plans, validate staffing, and ensure opportunities move through ingest accurately. This role combines program management, operational rigor, analytics literacy, and strong stakeholder management, with the goal of making account planning predictable, auditable and scalable. This is a role designed to build deep account knowledge: each Planning TPM will ultimately be assigned to support 1–2 priority accounts to develop the context and relationships required to drive lasting operational improvements and more accurate planning and forecasting. What you’ll own (key responsibilities) Demand Forecasting Ensure project-level customer demand is captured accurately, consistently and at the right level of granularity. About Appier Appier is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to power business decision-making. Founded in 2012 with a vision of democratizing AI, Appier's mission is turning AI into ROI by making software intelligent. Appier now has 17 offices across APAC, Europe and U.S., and is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Ticker number: 4180). Visit www.appier.com for more information. About the Role The AI Bidding team owns the bidding algorithm and campaign optimization behind Appier's programmatic ad platform. We're looking for a TPM to work closely with scientists and serve as the bridge across engineering teams (Scientist, Bidding serving, Creative, Internal Dashboard, Technical support, etc) and drive cross-team technical programs to completion. Business-side communication is primarily routed through the Product Manager, but this role still needs to understand business requirements well enough to translate them into technical scope and trade-offs. What You Will Do Lead the planning, scheduling, and delivery tracking of cross-team technical programs (e.g., model iteration, algorithm migration, dashboard migration), keeping timelines and priorities aligned Clarify technical details with external partners, and translate them into the design of internal technical solutions Define and maintain SOPs for experiments, feature rollouts, and migration plans (including rollback planning); coordinate A/B test design and rollout sign-off with internal users Run the cross-team working model through acceptance and feasibility reviews, estimation and prioritization rules, and checkpoint cadence, and track them through Jira/BT. Write technical documentation and communication materials that make solutions and trade-offs clear to non-technical stakeholders Perform basic data queries to validate decisions independently (SQL/spreadsheets) Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Technical PM, ideally in adtech
About the Team OpenAI's data and storage infrastructure spans data platforms, online databases, and file/object storage. These systems underpin data ingestion and processing, durable persistence, indexing and retrieval, and product file experiences. As frontier models and agents evolve how they use memory, history and snapshots, the underlying architecture increasingly shapes the capabilities products can deliver—and their latency, reliability, cost and efficiency. About the Role We are looking for a technically deep TPM to independently define and lead multiple programs across data platforms, online databases and storage infrastructure. You will connect model, product and data-consumer requirements to architecture, and work with the relevant engineering teams to take new capabilities through production adoption and repeatable expansion. The design scope is exabyte-scale storage and infrastructure spanning multiple millions of CPU cores. The challenge is not simply forecasting more resources: it is making complete, workload-ready capacity repeatable, with a clear path from product requirements through architecture, deployment and validation. A data pipeline, database query, file operation or execution snapshot can affect whether a product or agent succeeds; you will connect those outcomes to the systems underneath. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Translate model, product and data-platform needs into precise access patterns, consistency, durability, freshness, availability and scalability requirements. Connect memory, history, retrieval and resumable work to capability and end-to-end latency. Partner with engineering to transform data and storage architecture into repeatable scale units: standardized provisioning, placement, routing, data movement and readiness checks that bring storage, compute and networking online together.
About the Role We’re hiring the first Technical Program Manager to join a newly formed Technical Program Management function, reporting to the Head of TPM. This is a founding role, you’ll help design and build how strategic, cross-functional work gets delivered across a global organization. TPMs at Supabase own the connective tissue between teams and between functions, managing the dependencies of our largest programs, and author and maintain/improve the standard of using Linear. This role is a strong fit for someone who has a genuine curiosity about ambiguous, complex problems, is self-directed and has conviction in their craft. What You'll Be Responsible for Parter with Engineering, Product, Design (EPD) and other stakeholder to structure and drive complex, cross-team initiatives; clarifying scope and value, securing commitment across a distributed organization, setting timelines, and leading activities from design through launch. Design systems by building the tracking, reporting, and escalation mechanisms that surface risk and progress. Build process to ensure launch readiness is predictable, consistent and coordinated across all cross-functional participants. Ask the questions that clarify priority and scope, giving async teams the context to keep building and unblocking. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and maintain transparency into program goals, commitments, risk and delivery quality, primarily through clear written communication. Identify bottlenecks before they become blockers, develop options to resolve them, and clearly communicate the trade-offs that each option carries. Map dependencies and relationships across projects and teams, coordinating delivery across groups that don’t share reporting lines. Keep Engineering, Product, and Design accountable for their own delivery outcomes while you track, surface risk, and unblock. Develop technical and domain fluency to be an active and credible member of the delivery team and triad. You Might Be

Success looks like products at Anthropic shipping more easily, faster, and more reliably because they're built on a common foundation, with developer velocity increasing measurably across the company, not just within one team. Responsibilities Own the cross-Apps platform roadmap end to end: sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across platform teams and the apps teams that depend on them Drive alignment between platform engineering and apps teams so platform investments map to real consumer needs and adoption actually happens (leverage only exists if teams build on the platform) Identify duplication across surfaces and convert it into shared platform capabilities Establish the operating rhythm: planning, status, escalation paths, and launch coordination across orgs Create program documentation including roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans Facilitate technical decision-making by bringing together stakeholders, driving consensus, and ensur
