We're building the platform that lets long-running autonomous agents operate safely inside NVIDIA's enterprise. These are not assistants on a developer's laptop. They are fleets of agents deployed in the cloud, running continuously at scale on shared accelerated compute. They take on real work across enterprise systems, so people get far more done than they could before. This role defines the constructs that agents are built from: the blueprints they start from, the tools, skills, and plugins that power them against enterprise data, the runtime safety harness that keeps them in bounds, and the connections into credential management, sandbox, memory, and observability. The team designs and ships these building blocks so that agent developers across the company can stand up a new agent, wire it in, and run it for days or weeks. Security and safe execution come out of the box, not something each team has to get right on its own. Today an agent runs inside a single harness. Claude, Codex, and open-source agent harnesses each work differently underneath, with their own execution model, tool interface, and telemetry shape. The platform smooths over those differences, so a single skill, safety policy, or trace works the same no matter which harness is running. We want to enable agents that act on a person's behalf, governed and secure, continuously evaluated and self-improving. These agents coordinate and hand work off to each other, with identity and policy following every hop. They route and tune themselves across harnesses from live eval signals, and get better from their own production telemetry instead of waiting on a human to retrain them. Have you run agents on a harness like Claude or Codex and hit the walls that show up when they run for real, for days, against live systems — and wanted them to learn from it on their own? We're building the platform that solves those problems once, for every team. What you'll b

VTS
📍 New York• Full-time• From $840K/yr

VTS's Lease integrations connect our platform to the property management and accounting systems - Yardi, MRI, JDE, and others - that our customers run their portfolios on. When those integrations are healthy, data flows automatically and customers trust what they see in VTS. The Integrations and API Support Advisor owns the health of these integrations end-to-end - proactively monitoring for failures before customers notice them, and resolving the inbound requests that come in when something breaks or needs to change. Success in this role is simple to state and hard to deliver: every integration stays active, and customers can always rely on the integrity of the data VTS is showing them. ** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. ** What you can expect as an Integrations and API Support Advisor: At VTS, you'll join the Integrations Support team as a critical layer between our customers' source systems and the VTS platform. You'll: Own Integration Health : Monitor active Yardi, MRI, SAP, and custom API integrations for failures, stalled syncs, and missed feeds. Proactively identify and resolve issues - such as failed nightly imports, integrations stuck in "processing," or ETL files not arriving via SFTP - before they escalate into customer-reported problems. Resolve Data Integrity Issues : Investigate and fix discrepancies between VTS and source systems, including mismatched square footage, missing or duplicated leases, orphaned records, incorrect rent or lease terms, and unit/space mapping errors. Trace root causes across the integration pipeline rather than just patching symptoms. Manage the Customer Support Queue : Respond to and resolve inbound tickets covering the full integration lifecycle - API credential and access requests, asset archiving and disposition processing, source ID/BU remapping, stacking and site plan corrections, and MRI/Yardi version upgrades and migrations. About the Team Compute Foundations builds the software that manages OpenAI’s GPU compute infrastructure across sites, data centers, and infrastructure providers, supporting model training and inference. Our systems turn large, heterogeneous fleets of machines into dependable compute for research and products. We build Kubernetes-based control planes, controllers, services, and APIs that coordinate the lifecycle of machines and clusters. We connect global infrastructure management with the realities of bare-metal systems, giving clients consistent interfaces across differences in hardware, topology, and provider behavior. About the Role You will build distributed systems that provision, configure, and manage compute throughout its lifecycle. Your work will connect global services and Kubernetes controllers with the systems that bring machines online, update them safely, and recover them when something goes wrong. This role combines software architecture with an understanding of how machines and data centers work. You might design a lifecycle API, improve controller performance under high concurrency and provider rate limits, or trace a provisioning failure from an API through reconciliation to network boot or host configuration. You will help these systems remain reliable as the fleet expands across sites and generations of GPU hardware. We value depth in relevant systems and the ability to connect layers. You do not need to arrive as an expert in every component of the stack. In this role, you will: Design, build, and operate Kubernetes-based controllers and distributed services that coordinate infrastructure across sites, isolate failures, and scale as GPU capacity grows. Define APIs and resource models that let clients request and track lifecycle operations through consistent interfaces across hardware platforms and providers. Build provisioning and configuration services that coordinate network boot, hardware management interfaces, and the deployment of firmware,

About the Team Netlify runs on usage. Developers buy credits, teams consume compute and bandwidth, and enterprises commit to spend.
