About Us OpenFX is on a mission to move money as freely as data, unrestricted by time zones, banking hours, or legacy systems. We are building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of cross-border payment systems for institutions. The team's execution has been exceptional, and we're scaling at a remarkable pace. Our stellar early team comes with experience in companies like J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, FalconX, PayPal, Affirm, Polygon, Kraken, Nium and others. We're backed by Accel, Lightspeed, NfX and other top-tier investors. Role Overview We're hiring a Head of Trade Operations to build and lead the Trade Operations function at OpenFX. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will own the end-to-end trade and treasury operation and lead the team that keeps OpenFX's cross-border flows settling accurately, on time, and at scale. Trade Operations is the operational backbone of OpenFX's core business. The team executes and controls the full trade lifecycle, manages multi-currency liquidity and treasury, and keeps settlement flawless across time zones and corridors as volume grows. This is a deliberately hands-on leadership role. You set the operating model, build the controls, and stay with the work until trades settle cleanly and the numbers are trustworthy, not stopping at plans or presentations. You will work closely with leaders across Product, Partnerships, Finance, Business Operations, Compliance and Engineering. Trade Operations owns the trade lifecycle, liquidity, and operational risk and controls, while each partner function continues to own its own strategy, specialist decisions and results. Key Responsibilities Lead and scale the Trade Operations function Manage, coach and develop the Trade Operations team across geographies, with clear responsibilities, scorecards and development plans for each team member. Build the operating model, coverage framework and capacity plan needed to run across IST, GMT and US time zones as OpenFX scales. Set

Xendit is the financial technology platform built for businesses that move fast. We give companies one unified platform for payment acceptance, payouts, treasury and financial services, replacing fragmented local integrations with a single infrastructure layer. We serve businesses of every size, from high-growth startups to global enterprises, processing high-volume transactions across Southeast Asia and beyond, with more markets on our global expansion roadmap. Why this role exists This domain runs on trade-offs, experience versus compliance, merchant versus developer, and those decisions are better made with evidence than with opinion. This role owns generative and evaluative research across the merchant lifecycle and the developer experience, and makes research a standing input to how the domain prioritizes rather than an occasional favor. What you'll own The research roadmap across the domain's three clusters , prioritized against the decisions that most need evidence. Mixed methods: interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral/funnel analysis in partnership with Data. Turning findings into decisions PMs and designers act on, influence through evidence rather than authority. A lightweight insight repository, and a practical model for democratizing good-enough research while protecting rigor on high-stakes questions. How you will work You report to the Product Design & UX Director for Customer Lifecycle and work across all three clusters, partnering with the PMs and designers who rely on your evidence to prioritize. You set the research cadence and the insight repository, and you decide where rigor matters most and where lightweight research is enough. Much of your impact comes through influence rather than mandate, moving decisions with evidence. The domain works from validated findings rather than assumptions and values direct, candid critique. What we're looking for Mixed-methods UX research experience. You are fluent across qualitative and quant

We serve businesses of every size, from high-growth startups to global enterprises, processing high-volume transactions across Southeast Asia and beyond, with more markets on our global expansion roadmap. Why this role exists For a payment-infrastructure company, the product is in large part the API. Developers are both the buyers and the daily users, and the quality of the APIs, SDKs, docs, sandbox, and integration path is the product's real surface. This role owns the developer's journey from first API call to production and scale, the difference between a developer who integrates in an afternoon and one who gives up before their first successful transaction. What you'll own The roadmap for the developer experience: integration flow, SDKs, documentation, sandbox, error handling, and time-to-first-successful-call. Developer activation and retention as headline metrics, from sign-up to first production transaction and beyond. Discovery grounded in developer behavior: integration analytics, support and community signals, and direct developer research. Partnership with Engineering on API design and DX standards, and prioritization of DX debt against new capabilities. Clear communication of trade-offs to senior stakeholders, and translation of platform changes into a coherent developer-facing experience. How you will work You report to the Product Design & UX Director for Customer Lifecycle and work most closely with Engineering, whose API and platform decisions shape the experience you own. Part of your early work is helping define where developer-experience ownership sits, since this surface has not had a dedicated product owner before. You are the strategic owner of the developer journey from first API ca

About the Team The RevOps Systems team owns Salesforce and the broader ecosystem of systems that power Xendit's revenue engine — from lead-to-cash to the tools that plug into it. About the Role This is a hands-on administrator role for all sales tools, primarily but not limited to Salesforce CRM. You'll be the day-to-day owner of the GTM platform — performing basic systems configuration yourself, and leading Continuous Improvement (CI) as a structured sprint cadence rather than an ad hoc ticket queue.
